Game freezing for a half second every 2-3 seconds

Recently after the Baza update, my game keeps freezing up very briefly every few seconds, even in the ship and in Solo play.

Is there any specific ways to stop the random bits of freezing?

I'm having a similar problem but instead of freezing the game keeps having chunks of low FPS (20-30), also even in the ship and solo play

Have you tried verifying / optimizing your download cache via. the Warframe launcher?
It can be found by clicking the little cog wheel at the top-right corner of the window.

If this does not help, then you may want to submit a support ticket to us with a copy of your EE.log so that we can see what is happening during these freezes. Your EE.log can be found here.

Thank you very much for your time, I've done but still, the same keeps happening (low FPS in my case, not freezes or crashes)

Since I'm not having crashes, what would be the best course of action?

I'm freezing in the Dojo. This has happened at least a dozen times but not every time. Can't bring up the Task Manager. It requires a hard restart. Unchecked DX 10, DX 11, 64-Bit Mode and Multi-Threaded Rendering. I verified and optimized the download cache in the launcher. It's annoying when I try to trade but not game breaking. I can usually get into the Dojo after a restart and can do research and get blueprints.

Is your PC an Asus ROG?

After update with baza got sometimes same freezes as in title in PoE
