With Negative, Max possible Crit Chance is 247 and max possible Multishot is 148. I would like to get as  close to that as possible. Thank You.

Hunter Munitions works beautifully on Mutalist Cernos.  I've been using a riven with MS CC CD -Zoom.  I hope you find what you're looking for because it's really fun.
