[Suggestion] Stacking Mods

Hi devs, all is in the title :

Why the 2 first 1/5 are not stacked together ? No one is even equipped on any gear I have ^^

Non-upgraded mods stack.  I think the reason upgraded one's don't is so they don't counted as "Duplicates" when organizing them.  

Somebody like me who regularily goes through duplicates and disposes of them all would be at a small risk of deleting upgraded mods, if they stacked, and the person didn't pay attention.  (though in all fairness, outside of the few cases of Sentinel/Frame needing the same mods, most people aren't carrying around 2 of the same upgraded mod anyway.)

I talked about having 2 stacks instead of 3 (about example) 1x2 upgraded mods and 1x1 vanilla

Only unranked mod doesn't stack due to how they were working before Endo.

Before Endo, instead of being forced to use a huge amount of fusion energy once to pass the next level, you were able to not fully upgrade the mod and get something like rank 4,95 (but still 4 for the stats), so each mod were almost unique in their progression to the next rank.

those top two are are separate as one or both are actually equipped.
