pluto lights

Yesterday I was running some defense on pluto. Not sure if its from the last update or earlier (been a few update sence I was on pluto) but it's way to bright and really hurts the eyes. Ended up using sun glasses just to be able to watch the screen.  Even with all the light settings off in setttings it didn't help.

This picture is with my normal settings on.  Was hoping something can be done to turn down the lights for most othere places in the game I haven't had this problem.
