Where do I get this new operator suit?

I keep seeing people with it, although none of them know how they got theirs. Is it because of a bug or a promotion I missed?

It's an unreleased prime operator suit that is unintentionally appeared cuz of bug / glitch.

I think it's a mix between the metallics on the Ostron armor colored gold and potentially some of the prime accessory suit.

when they release this im pretty sure its gonna be a prime accessory that you'll have to buy. Id love to have it for my operator.
