So why are players allowed to que up for Tridolons and then run around the outskirts of the map making players waste their shard?

I always take trinity on a pub tridolon, I haven't had a problem yet.   I can solo all 3 with my setup and if I'm going public I go prepared to do so, as for putting in the sacrifice just wait till everyone gets there to put yours up.    For r me shards don't really matter anyway I've just about maxed out my focus schools.   I just go for fun and some extra Arcanes, recruit chat is always such a hassle.  

 

Also for the people advocating for vote kick... No... just no.   these types of systems are always just abused I can see it now people going into public eidolon matches and anyone below mr20 gets instantly kicked for no reason,  or someone just brings a frame not in the meta...  the abuse would be far worse than the current system.

 

 Bottom line anytime you go to a pub match you take your chances.
