Game-breaking BUGS encountered when attempting to run Ghoul Purge Bounties

So, the Ghoul Purge Bounties are back on PS4, and are plagued with frustrating, game-breaking bugs.

Here is a list of the bugs I have encountered (so far):

  1. On a bounty step where we had to gather 10 Grokdrul to charge the processor, the counter stopped at 9/10 Grokrdul, and picking up additional Grokdrul would not advance the counter to the final 10/10 needed to progress to the next part of that bounty step.
     
  2. During the 4th (and final) stage of the Eliminate a Ghoul Alpha Bounty, the Lotus announced that the assassination target had spawned, but was nowhere to be found.  The waypoint to where the enemy supposedly was kept bouncing around the map, but the target was not in any of the areas (briefly) indicated, and ultimately the timer expired and resulted in failure.
     
  3. Upon returning to Cetus after failing the bounty in bug #2 listed above, pressing the OPTIONS button to bring up the party list only gave the "SHOW PROFILE" option--the option to LEAVE SQUAD was not there.  I had to completely Leave Cetus and return to my ship to be disbanded from the squad.

The 3rd bug only occurs if:
1: Cetus hasn't yet loaded (door hasn't yet opened) fully. Can be countered by fast-travelling to anyone when the option is available.
2: You haven't exited the gate (this can also be noticed by the fact that you can't check your arsenal* while you're in the corridor) on Cetus-side.

*This is another bug, but it might be a solution to another bug.

But the counter error on the Grokdrul and the Ghoul Alpha being in the wrong place definitely deserve a fix.

Actually, in this instance, the gate had opened, and I had walked through it.

Was the person carrying the item picking up the Grokdrul?
