Just finished crafting zephyr prime? Looking for the perfect build? Perfect!

I'm working on a program that gives the user the ability to get the perfect build for their frames! The builds will be from warframe youtubers and you guys! 

When you open the program it will have you select the person whos build you want to view, then you will be asked which frame you want to build. It will display a screen with the warframe you want built and details about the warframe such as mods, amount of orokin reactors used, how many times it has been forma'd and more. Will this be a web-app or a desktop program? How is this different from searching for the most popular builds on warframe-builder.com?

And why is this thread titled "Codex Bot" wouldn't it be more like a Build-sharing Platform than a bot for the codex?

A Believe said program probably already exists. I know many Warframe groups on Discord use a bot which you can send a command and it delivers a set of builds more ideal for each frame.
