Omni box?

Hey all, I checked my inventory when suddenly

What is this "Omni Box"

I've heard posts where people say its something very rare and noone finds it anymore? Is this true?

Omni ammo boxes were the old version of ammo pads (yes, those exist). They are supposed to replenish all of your ammo for your weapons, but fell off due to the convenience of Carrier/Prime and Ammo  Case. 

 

I'd hold onto it anyway, since they are actually an incredibly rare find. I've only found one my entire time playing as well.

The Omni Ammo Box is an item that restored all the ammunition to all of the Tenno's weapons when used.
This item can be put in your equipment to use in game and it cannot be sold.
Formerly available from the Market for ‍ 12, it was removed early in Update 10.0.
Players can still obtain this as a potential award from Capture missions, although with a 0.20% chance.
