Couldn't pickup a Cyan Star

During a Void Fissure Exterminate mission,
2 Cyan Stars dropped, one early, and one at the end.

For some reason, I couldn't pick up the one at the end.

I'd press X to pick it up, the "press X" display would disappear, and the sound would play like I picked it up,
but the item didn't disappear from the floor, and the "press X to take" display came back.
No mater how many times I pressed X, It wouldn't pickup the Star.

Yes I have 1 Cyan Star in the mission complete screen,
but that was the one from earlier in the mission.
The one I couldn't pickup in the video was the 2nd Cyan Star in that mission.

I have seen this, walking away and coming back I was able to pick it up.

It seems to be a bug and probably should be looked into.
