Complete game break with conduits

Not exactly sure if this is what happened but I'm fairly certain that is the case: Switching from operator to frame as soon as conduit spawns and you enter into it causes the pixelation effect to linger, the conduit to break and cease to function and leaving the player in question behind. Soon what follows is something only a screenshot can describe, as per:

This is what happens shortly after the aforementioned complete implosion of everything everywhere, each HUD element shown remains stuck and frozen, yet subtly animated like they are.
