"Host Unreachable / USERNAME Appears to be offline" But we are chatting and troubleshooting together???

Hi, just as the title implies, I cannot invite or join individual people via chat or the friends list without one of those errors occurring. I though it was my connection at first and didn't know how to fix on my side.

However, bless them, the person I was chatting with figured out an hour later we could still conduct business in Maroo's Bazaar and to my surprise he also mentioned he's experiencing the same error(s).

Is this server wide on PS4 or just a coincidence that both of us are having the same matchmaking issue? I don't see any talk about it anywhere but the again it is Saturday.

I had that happen to me and a clanmate too. Just happened Saturday.
