Fewer revives than normal (and no reward for efforts during Tridolon hunt)

During our fight with a Hydrolyst I got downed and wasn't revived (no one's fault). But I couldn't revive myself even though I had only done it two times before in this mission.
I did get the prompt to press X and revive, but when I tapped X (instead of normally holding it briefly) the option disappeared. After a few seconds I got the revive logo and underneath it a text still saying I could exchange about 1400 affinity points (of a total 14k) to revive. But it had an abort button and a big fat 0. So in reward for my contributions to the party and wanting to play a populair part of the game, I just had to sit and watch while everyone collected the rewards while I got nothing.
Have fun tenno... yeah.
