Can’t Use Abilities After Being Downed In PoE.

I don’t know what it is but during the fight against the Tridolons I’ve been downed and after being revived I couldn’t use my abilities. I could shoot but that is all. The only thing that fixed this issue for me and a few players I’ve met was throwing out the arch wing. Only problem with that is I couldn’t throw out my arch wing either and had to have a team mate do it but nobody ever wants to listen or care. 

DE I and, I’m sure, many other players would really appreciate it if you fixed this bug/glitch. I’ve lost many Tridolon bounties because of this issue. And just lost one a few minutes ago. So please fix this soon.
