--TL--Gecko Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 (edited) hey ^^ went into a payment-mistake, I solved 2 days ago... tryed to buy digital-ticket (tennocon) via Xsolla (Direct Debit Sepa) and my bank didnt accept it - whyever... so I was at -370pl and got banned... bought 370pl for 17,77€ and I became unbanned for like 6 hours... then Im banned again and Im again at -370pl. Got the billing from "micropayment" (screens etc.) tho, so its payed and that must be a bug, right? already asked support but as usally they need weeks to reply, so im banned until they reply. that sucks... just because of a bug or something I keep bein banned... <_< Its just like a joke... bought more than enough PL, Accesses, Tickets and Packs and an active mr25 becomes banned for 17€? xD I expected a "thank you" for all my time and money... not a bugged banning-system for jokin 17€... ^^ let me know when the bug is fixed 🙂 Edited June 21, 2018 by -Gecko Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
