It SHOULD work as Khora having a built-in melee weapon ( Whipclaw ) and being a beastmaster frame. Unfortunately , Packmaster seems to work with Exalted Blade , not sure about other exalted melees tho. Hope DE makes Whipclaw to work with Packmaster.
