RedLila Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 I wasn't able to find anything on this in the forums so far but, in regards to Prime Packs (accessories and otherwise), they are purchasable but not gift-able via Steam. This came up recently as a friend wanted to buy the current Prime accessories pack for my girlfriend for her birthday. Is there some limiting factor preventing allowing gifting via steam? As for the reason why gifting Prime Access/Prime Packs/Tennogen Items isn't allowed, I've heard that is because the price of those items fluctuates between currencies. Steam let's you specify gift-ability by territory. I think you can specify gifting is only allowed "within territory" which would prevent price differences from being a factor.
