Whenever I have very little experience to start the next mastery test, the game tells me that it is necessary to upgrade. In that case I need to close and open the game. When I come back the game has returned all my progress from my mastery. This problem of having to open and close the game has happened a lot. No updates, but it only makes me do it and in the case of mastery above mentioned, it makes me lose the process. Please give me an opinion on this. (PSN)petestacks Posted July 13, 2018 Share Posted July 13, 2018 I do not know if this will help, but I have a clan mate who's mastery just stopped increasing altogether. A slightly different problem than yours, but mastery related. He had sent in a ticket, and all he had to do to fix the issue was turn his ps4 completely off, let it sit a minute or two, and then power it back up. You could try that, and see if it helps.
