Redeemer, Sarpa and shattering impact

Also, as @scourge213 notes, the Redeemer shot is all blast damage, so it will not proc Shattering Impact.

Because when I shoot them with Redeemer, the little impact icon pops up over the enemy head.

Which stance mod are you using?  There may be a hidden impact proc in one of the combos.  I didn't see anything in the wiki about impact procs from the stances though.

Still, Redeemer shots don't do impact damage, so any impact proc is coming from somewhere else.

Some stance combos have forced procs, regardless of what damage types or Status chance the weapon you're using has. The Spinning Uppercut move from both the High Noon and Bullet Dance stances (hold Melee, then release) has a guaranteed Impact proc. The problem is that Shattering Impact isn't looking for an Impact Proc; it looks for Impact Damage. Since the Redeemer's shotgun blasts do Blast Damage, no Impact Damage is being dealt, so Shattering Impact never triggers.
