(PSN)LoisGordils Posted July 31, 2018 Share Posted July 31, 2018 (edited) Splinter Tempest: Splinter Storm is now a toggle and increases speed. However, Gara can no longer cast on allies or objectives and the defensive buff is slightly reduced. Pros: 1. Allows Gara to maintain a high damage, constant aura around her without having to micromanage so much. 2. Increased speed will allow her to steamroll through enemies easier at the cost of reduced defense. Cons: 1. Defensive capabilities are compromised in exchange for enhanced offensive potential.
