Bug on PoE with Sidearm

When I was doing bounties earlier I was using my Pyrana Prime to get up close with some enemies, The screen would cut out if I got within melee distance and shot them. Large black boxed covering the area.

I was seeing this as well! I'm glad I am not the only one seeing this issue. I was using the aklex, and it happened at several locations throughout the lowest bounty quest.

Yeah this glitch appears to have resurfaced, it's not just with secondaries. Last time I seemed to be able to replicate it when looking at a Nezha fire trail, this time it seems more random but I have managed to trigger it with rapidly moving vegetation that tends to happen when it's windy on the plains, I'm tending to get it two of three times a mission.

 

Obviously this can be a sign that a video-card is dying, but I didn't have to look past the first page to find this. I've tried much more visually demanding games like the Witcher 3 and dedicated GPU stress tests and I haven't noticed this effect at any point, so it seems this is definitely a bug somewhere in the code.
