Understanding about focus

Hi, I am a new player who is trying to understand about how focus works. my questions are:

1. Are focus lens one time use? or Can I unequip and equip in another item?

2. What focus school should I choose first?

1. One time, once you slot it in a weapon/frame you can't remove it, only replace it

2. Personally Zenurik for the energy

1. Yes. Once you've equipped them, you can't remove lenses without destroying them.

2. Most people tend to go with Zenurik because it has the ability to regenerate Energy by dashing. If you take a look at all of the trees you might find something more interesting than that though.

However, people also level up the other schools on the side, so that they can Unbind certain skills. Unbinding a skill means that it can be used while any school is equipped, so its worth having multiple types of Lens equipped.
