Umbra's infinite energy?

hi to anyone reading this. I have a question about Umbra, is he suppose to regain his max energy bar after using his ability and killing an enemy before they time out? i just got him yesterday and i didn't think anything of it i thought it was a scripted part of the story and i have not tried this out side of the sacrifice story, but upon telling this to one of my friends now i'm currently worried to try this on a normal stage with other people just in case this is not a normal thing if you need any video evidence i can try to capture it inside of a public stage but apparently this is not a normal thing for umbra i believe and i don't want to be banned for hacking even though i have no idea what went wrong.

if you're killing sentients as part of the quest they drop yellow orbs that refill everything on your warframe. 

EDIT NOTE: sentients, excluding POE ones also do this outside of the quest

Another thing to note is that if you're levelling him up from a Forma, energy is completely refilled on achieving level-up ^^

All warframes do this.
