(PSN)xarienne Posted August 15, 2018 Share Posted August 15, 2018 Hi there, For security conscious reasons, I use a VPN. I'm in the U.S.; I tend to use U.S. servers. And yet, if I'm connected to my VPN on my phone or my laptop, I'm not allowed to log into the WF website or Nexus App. Please fix this. Shalath Posted August 16, 2018 Share Posted August 16, 2018 A proper VPN should not impact you and I've seen more than a few posts where people have used a VPN to get around patching problems. You can use a VPN whenever you want to. But DE doesn't have to support that. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. It's not on DE to do anything, because you are bascially using third-party measures. I don't have problems with any of my financial sites or PSN or, well, pretty much everywhere else I visit. But when it comes to the Warframe website and app, I literally cannot log in if I'm connected to my VPN service (it's a paid 3rd-party service, not built in to my laptop or phone).
