CrazyCatLad Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 Twice over the last ~5 games I have aerial melee'd and it has frozen the game....doesn't crash, no dumps, just hangs eternally. Happened on Ceres and Jupiter. So I thought I would verify integrity of game cache on Steam - 183 files failed to verify which equals a 6.1 gig download. Uh, swell. That's because Steam stores rather old copy of the game (like U12 or so), it compares checksum of downloaded files with its database to define if the files match. I didn't take screenshots since it seemed to happen at random positions and would just show my body in the air. But yeah, my screenshots would look like yours except the screen didn't get a white overlay like that. Glad I'm not the only one. Ugh and sigh. I haven't had this issue until this most recent update...and even then it started happening Friday/Saturday. And I aerial a lot. ...looks like others used Scoliac when getting the freeze. I've only gotten it with scoliac so far. Luckily that's at level 30 and can go collect dust now. Zdravko Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 (edited) it hapend to me using the Dual Ichor and Galatine.. dont know why... but its not aerial melee... it hapend to me with normal melee as well... crashed with them ... but not always... sometimes it works normally ...
