  1. I am spreading your teachings oh wise one :)

    We spent alot of time trying to find stuff out today.

    The room that Transvistinator commented has a couple of floor panels that you step on when entering the room. Would really like it if you could clearify which ones you are supposed to step on in order to open that small secret-room you can wallrun to.

    I think there are some preassure plates on the floor here (star-thingys) but i don't know how they work.

    Also, if i remember correctly there is sometimes a room that will open up here (red blob)

     

    That's probably not really a hidden room. Looks more like a storage container that got bugged inside the wall. I spend like 25 minutes in that room trying to get that storage container (note that if you do a knockdown melee AoE it will disappear from the map -since it was destroyed- and I got some loot ejected out of the wall that way)

  2. If you like slaughtering corpus, go with Banshee (Only need soundquake, solo wave 25 on corpus defense).

    Ember is OP against everything (except corpus proxies xD). Ember can be played as a tank (Overheat build) or CC (WoF, FB build). 

    Note: Fire damage goes triple against infested

    myself and the majority of my clan are in the CST timezone or around it but we do play mostly at night around 7pm CST till anywhere between 12 am CST or 3-4 am CST depending on a multitude of factors :P but yeah we will be doing a void run marathon today will pm you the info if you can/want to join

     

    also cant wait till this guide is finished :P has helped with easily teaching my clanmates about where alot of loot is hidden and how to get it

     

     

    I wish more people would read this guide. It &!$$es me off when some cool loot rooms are forever closed because a noob kept stepping on the wrong panels :(

     

     

    Edit: btw it is 9:30 pm my time right now. My time is GMT+2 and CST is GMT-6 so that's an 8 hour gap :(

  4. no problem but as a heads up since a friend is getting back in town in the next few days if you want you can join us in a couple marathon void runs, though most of them may end up being tower 3s

    That'd be very helpful if the timezones we are in are appropriate :D

     

     

    It seems this room only appears during raid missions

    There are a couple of rooms that only appear in Raid Missions. I should update that into the guide soon :D

    btw I'm still waiting for the images to load cuz there appears to be some kind of problem with my ISP :(

  5. there is also a fairly large room with an elevated round platform in the middle with some loot containers on it. It is surrounded by 8 groups of pillars which sometimes contain turrets. (sorry don't have screenshots right now)

     

    the platform has markings on it that divide it into quarters. one of those has orange markings in it. if you jump on the platform landing in the marked quarter secret walls open at one side of the room.

    Screenshots will be awesome :D

     

     

    Update: Sorry I haven't been updating recently but that's because I did the optional reset and I'm still leveling up my frames and weps b4 I go back into the void.

     

  6. Whilst I mirror your sentiments, I feel the developer response was one that focused on the function and forgot that they were developers.

     

    If /Unstuck discouraged people from reporting bugs, then it would be EASY to implement both restrictions.and measures that reduce the loss of potential information gleaned from reporting the bug.

     

    For example: Using the Unstuck function could come with a teeny little disclaimer that states "I acknowledge that diagnostic information will be taken of the game in it's present state to determine where I am".

     

    When the uses clicks on that, it would send information regarding the map itself, the way the tiles generated, the tile you were currently in (or last in), your X,Y,Z coordinates and statistical information. HEK, it could even take the time to take a screenshot of the game so that the Devs can see it, all before the game plonks you back into the normal area of the game.

     

    That way, you are not getting 50% of diagnostic reports regarding how players got stuck because they got too frustrated to even bother. You are getting 100% of diagnostic reports, players are happy because they don't have to lose all of their found items, and if they want to, they can even supply additional information on the forums.

     

    I feel the Dev response last week was a little bit of a copout, but oh well. It's their call I suppose.

    tbh I never saw the /unstuck command from your perspective. But now that I did I kinda agree with you :D

    As a developer myself, I wouldn't give my users debug tools. But the way you describe the /unstuck command I can't really consider it a debug tool. Its more of a troubleshooting tool much like the crash report.

  7. Hey MrFireShot i just want to add that u forgot 1 part in Room 7 agility test...

    On the way back u will pass thru all those traps again,and on the left and right side up there are rotating lasers (on both left n right side) wich can be destroyed and player can wallrun up to them,and in that same room where r those lasers 2-3 containers can be found,i picked some mods from there so i think its good 2 know that.

  8. Agreed. However, there's a way to make sure no Infested ever touches your pod. (Core... Well... Not so much.)

    Get a Vauban on your team to use Bastille. Let me and some mates get to round 15 at Xini without the pod being touched once.

    I reached wave 50 without the pod being touched once with 2 vaubans and a frost :D

    This is very helpful, but unless hidden rooms give me prime stuff I'm not going to do them...I don't want mods anymore....

     

    but they may give some of the new mods! For example the Melee Channel mod is aquired from puzzle rooms in Tower II missions. And they say Master Theif is from Tower III hidden rooms.

    just to be safe it would be a good idea to clarify this post, no matter if the enemies screw it up you may still not unlock every loot room in here, i did it a few days ago, was successful hit all plates before time ran out but only about half of the loot rooms opened and i could still see loot on the other side of the walls

     

     

    Well I still believe that all of them could be opened but there are more conditions to satisfy to get that. For example the only time I managed to open all of them was in an extermination mission where all enemies were dead and I was heading to extraction. In that room me and my friend each started one simultaneously and finished it almost at the same time, which probably made all the loot rooms open. I'm still not completely sure that this is the condition for it to work which is why I didn't clarify it in the original post yet. But I do get your concern and I'll update the post with what you said now. Thanks :D
