Hum no ? It's normal. Exalted weapons are never visible on a freshly crafted Frame until you unlock it by leveling. If you did not unlock the Exalted after you passed her to rank 10 when her 4th ability is unlocked, then yes it is a bug, but until she is rank 10 you will never see it in your Arsenal.

So I just finished to unllock all the Incarnon Evolution for my Boltor Prime, and on the 4th Evolution I saw something weird, something that does not seem right. The 1st choice Elemental Balance adds 10% Status Chance, while the 2nd choice Survivor's Edge adds 10% Critical Chance AND Status Chance. Meaning that Elemental Balance is strictly inferior as choice, there is no point in picking that Evolution, when your other choice is exactly the same but better. Can we at least get it buffed to be 14% like the 3rd choice Commodore's Fortune ? Edit : No point in that feedbacl anymore, as DE changed that Evolution, thank you very much.
