  1. in order to do that DE has to get rid of the AI telepathy

sort out the enemy spawn points (fissures)

have fissure enemies not immediately run to the alarm console as soon as they spawn and also disable the ability for enemies to use the alarm consoles of the opposing ai faction (fissures and crossfire)

give the AI the ability to differentiate between wildlife/walking through a firepit and an opposing ai faction/tenno, to many times the alarms/instant lockdown are triggered without us being anywhere near them

  2. DE should look at Neverwinter or Startrek online, their AH system is a breeze to use for both buying and selling and requires no interaction with anyone.

both games are still going strong (neverwinter started in 2013 and sto started in 2010) and both are f2p.  Neverwinter uses Astral diamonds in the AH which is an in-game special currency that can be farmed and converted to ZEN (cryptics main premium currency) where as STO uses in-game standard credit in the exchange which is farmable everywhere, STO's special currency known as dilithium can be farmed and converted to ZEN.

warframes trade chat is a chaotic outdated mess, no player should have to use an external website everytime they want to trade.

a.) STO's exchange is based on grindable credits which are effectively distilled play time. Dilithium is a different system.

b.) Large amount of "consumable" items in the form of crafting materials

c.) The most valuable trade things come out of lockboxes and maintain their trade value because they they have a real cash value to make them

    a) warframe still uses credit as part of the trade, dilithium/astral diamonds can be exchanged for ZEN

    b) same could be said about relics and keys

    c) wrong, the most valuable stuff comes from R&D, lockbox keys can be bought for credits or by grinding Dilithium and converting it to zen. 125 zen per key does not take long to grind.

I mean... It wouldn't have been nerfed if it wasn't abused by Mirage players.

using frame mechanics (as defined by DE) that synergize with specific weapons is not abuse, in fact i would bet that DE staff used those same methods themselves.

Would anyone seriously pay plat for either of them?

i don't think someone would be stupid enough to buy the whole 5K (which is 75K plat (£2639.76!)but buying some of the MS from the market would help ease the grind a bit.

Still they there is nothing to prevent them from changing the research/build cost of equipment as they have done numerous times in the past.

  6. Handspring and sure step can only get you so far especially with ancients coming from every entrance and side room, getting harpooned from 4+ ancients at the same time is annoying, yes handspring and sure footed help but they also leave you stunlocked b/c of the blocking animation, parkour does help a bit with the ancients but they can still get you.

That's really missing the point. It's an AoE weapon by any normal definition and like that it can be suitable for destroying weak spots on the new infested Eximus units, which is what we're discussing.

your definition is wrong an AoE is an ability or effect that has a 360* radius, ignis just has a wide fire cone similar to shotguns and is categorised as a continuous weapon and is able to use sinister reach and combustion beam

Perhaps don't use explosives then If you prefer to play with your tunnel vision on having no awareness on whats going on the battlefield? Not saying thats some invalid or bad way to play the game, but Explosives just might not be the weapon type for you :D

i don't use explosive weapons because of the self damage and the horde nature of the game i.e enemies coming from every entrance in the area, i do however use weapons that (with mods) have an added explosive AOE effect but deals no self-damage.

  9. Self-damage should be removed full stop, with elements like companions, syndicate "assistants", other players, enemies that spawn in front of you from fissures, enemies that swarm i.e infested, teleporting enemies etc it makes avoiding the explosion very difficult also the fact that AI enemies suffer no self damage at all when using their explosive weapons.

  10. all this focus on the mutagen samples (5000-500,000) and yet no complaints about

50-5000 neurodes (depending on clan tier)

    10,000-1,000,000 plastids

    45,000-4,500,000 nano spores

just for the research alone plus 5 mutagen mass (needed to build the weapon) which is an extra 50 mutagen samples and a forma.  This is assuming that the clan has researched the mutagen mass pre-requisite

Considering i bought mine with plat, i think giving 100 samples is more than fair.

buying the weapon does not eliminate the research though if it's a pre-requisite for the next infested weapon which could even be clan research only i.e not purchasable with plat from the store as DE has done so in the past.
