  1. So the other day, I got this Guandao riven. I hadn't done anything with it, I was intending to save it for a potential trade down the line. Meanwhile, today I got a Bo riven, and out of nowhere my Guandao riven is gone. I assumed that it would've let me pick a riven to dissolve if I was at capacity, but I never got the option. I'm currenly at 15/15, so one of two things happened. One, my Guandao riven magically vanished just in time to get a new riven, or two, my Bo riven decided to take it upon itself to choose a riven at random to dissolve without my consent.

    I personally would've picked the horrible bronco riven I have to dissolve, but I mean I guess it's cool that the Guandao riven's gone instead.

    Has anyone else had this happen, and if so, what'd you do about it?

  2. I hate this new reticle. I know some people like it, but it's throwing off my aim. Hard.

    As for the blur, it's silly and useless, but personally I don't mind it. Though, that's probably mostly because I don't sprint, I travel by bullet jump.

    ok, press 4 to win then

    whether or not you're pressing 4 to win or actually shooting things (even though if you're farming focus you're definitely pressing 4 to win), it breaks the flow to head off in some random direction to pick up a ball. Wade through a bunch of enemies, abandoning a defense objective to go pick one up off in the distance and get back to me on the subject.

    I like convergence orbs. It makes you work a bit to accomplish something. That being said I believe focus should accrue at the same rate as regular affinity and convergence orbs should DOUBLE or TRIPLE the amount of focus gained. Focus allowed also should be current amount + 10000/rank, thus MR24 should be 490k

    I too believe that being forced to inconvenience yourself is not only "working to accomplish something" but is also not irritating at all or disruptive to general mission flow

    Please take this idea into consideration.

    Weekly challenges for Operator. Three tasks of varying difficulty to do every week.

    For example, a single weekly challenge list could be like:

    - kill 200 enemies with your Operator;

    - build up a 500% stealth counter with your Operator;

    - complete a spy mission where only your Operator can enter the vault.

    Completing a weekly challenge awards us with some kind of focus relic that can be converted into 1 000 000 focus points in any tree.

    Challenges would be cool, and I certainly wouldn't say no to an easy 1m focus, but maybe something a little more difficult if the reward was so high. That, or a lower reward for something so easy.

    Perhaps each mission could even have separate operator challenges, alongside what we have for, say, 10 headshots or 30 rifle kills, but giving specifically focus instead of affinity. Again though, I'd happily do a slightly harder challenge for more focus if it meant getting it faster.

    But that is how the game has worked for ages and it's not going to change anytime soon.

    Yes, that's how the game works, and it's how the game should work. And even if it's how the twitch drops should work (debatable), they shouldn't be such bad odds.

    Not to mention the people who abused new account streams and third party sites to get more loot than intended.

    I don't understand when players nag about this, when this is the nature of WF. And this is coming from a player (I'm talking about myself) that only received latron bps and starbursts. We face these RNG odds everytime we go relic, prime or mod hunting.

    I understand the complaints about the bad RNG, And this is coming from a player who received three vectis primes and a harka skin. Why should someone like me, who already owns both, get more of them while someone else has neither and gets none? RNG or not, that doesn't exactly sound fair.

    2000-ish drops and no vectis, 1 harka, 3 smoke color palettes, 7 wyrms, 400-ish latrons, 100-ish other items and all the rest fireworks...

    even though it was a fun event and I started following LoK because of his chillness and probably wouldn't have known him because of the event, I gotta say for some people the drop rate was horrible, in comparisation to others...

    I got a harka and three vectis primes... I already owned both. If only I could trade them, I would.

    I got into this game after Twitch Prime promotions. I had Warframe ignored in Steam for reasons I don't even remember.

    Loot drop promo introduced me to a lot of great streamers. Speed runs gave spoiler free experience and streamers who did those had still time to answer questions in chat. Lets be honest, Warframe endgame is not very entertaining to watch compared to top games in Twitch.

    Great promo. Lots of exposure and new players for what? 25% more server load than anticipated? Seems like  a success to me.

    Let's be honest, the real reason is because people were cheating the system by grinding out a million loot rewards, and cheating it more by using third-party sites to get around the one-stream and no-afk things. The server load (still noticeable... not just a few server errors recently) has got to be just the "main" reason for shutting it down. Honestly though, even if it really was shut down just for the server errors, it's for the best. Less abuse of the system, and fewer streamers gaining popularity for abusing the system. Not to mention it's incredibly tempting to join in when you hear the promise of cool skins or free weapons just by setting a few dozen streams in the background overnight.

    Took like, two hours to carve because I've never done a pumpkin where you leave flesh on so it glows (instead of carving straight through), so I was being extra careful. Really happy how it came out though, and got plenty of tasty seeds afterwards :O

    People suggest many things, to make day/night node for Plains, to make peaceful node for Plains, there's no way DE will do any of that.

    I never really had any serious problem like it's described here. I always arrived, scouted around spot I wanted to fish on and killed everything around, it was at 90% peaceful afterward. If you guys trigger alarm while travelling to fishing spot, no wonder you have problems since you keeping alarm in some base on. This is my experience and I spent fishing many times for few day/night cycles without stopping. If I have such nice experience, why there are people with different opinion? Either unability to avoid alerting nearby bases or you guys are just unlucky. Plains behave a bit differently each time as I noticed so far and you should have same experience.

    The area I favor is the right-side shore. It's near enough to the grineer camp that the two dropship spawns will usually trigger a response from them if they so much as glance over at you unless you're on the island, or lucky. Eventually, someone wanders just a bit too close, shoots you, and suddenly you have to bail on fishing to go clear a camp out and hack a console.

    Add in a normal mission node where it's a small free-rom with no enemies, and a tons of fishing spot & mining veins?

    Maybe not something without dangers, but removing random patrol groups from spawning if the alarms aren't on would be just as good

  13. Don't mind me, just here to remind that you cant use powers while equipped with your spear, and that even after clearing grineer from the wilds and keeping alarms off their dropships keep coming to replenish the mobs in the area.

    Fishing peacefully in some areas is an uphill struggle to find a spot where you wont be aggro'd... and finding a hotspot is worse.
