  3. Common bug running since a long time :

     

    From your capture image, I guess you were doing some Spy and got a "change of mission tenno" from Lotus make you go in Exterminate mission. The door is locked in Spy and usually unlock for going to exit but when the mission objective change, the door stay locked and you can't continue.

    The best Title should be : "Door stay locked after mission go from Spy to Exterminate"

  4. This alert mission is bugged ! The reward should be immediate because only olds events get reward after the end.

     

    The correct mission is display but I suspect than we just play the regular one ! (tested, wrong idea) : The mission's enemies levels are the same than the alert and not the regular one, and the mission ended with the correct credit reward (3600) but never with the stock.

  5. This is not a bug, not in my view because Lifestrike, like all channeling effect :

     

    -Activate when you have energy + Left_Click

    -Stay still when you have energy + holding Left_Click

    -Desactivate when you have no energy (you hit 0) OR you release Left_Click

     

    After descativation, you need to Left_click to reactivate it ! So no very usefull if you make the yo-yo on energy but the desactivation when you it 0, is visible because you channeling aura vanish. I think it is not a bug because No Energy, No Channeling ... ("no arms, no chocolate")

Ammo problems are not general but only with some weapons, still hearing people speaking about "I don't have these problems with mine..." is just a big joke : Me too, I don't have problems because I cast off weapons with ammo's low efficiency and I cheat with the mods, + I change my way to fight ennemies.

     

    So I just make everything to NOT have the problems.BUT I'm an old player since the open beta so not every players have the full set of MODS and the choice to keep +30 weapons and to have tested more 75% of them. When you write think about mastery < 5 players please.

     

    In term of ammo we have "Sniper / Bow / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol" but in term of type of weapons we have Auto / semi-auto / trigger. And you all know that the problems are with Snipers/explosives (very low magazine) and Auto weapons (very low "fire rate/magazine" ratio). Some peoples have heard about the multishots mods that will certainly cost more ammo then +180% multishot equal 280% of ammo shoot in the same time at max ... so TRIPLE AMMO USAGE...

     

    The problem is general and will become hellish. If you insist tell me there is no problems, solve theses cases for me :

    -SNIPER + Explosive second weapon with/without  future multishots nerf

     

    -BOW + Hikou equiped with concealed explosives VS Sniper + Angstrum : Same styles and effects, not thee same ammo problem

     

    -Same case as before with/without  future multishots nerf

     

    Let me hear your answers

  7. I used to do bows/snipers+angstrum, to make up for their lack of CC, now I simply can`t, both are #*($%%@ up,

     

    Yeah, me too and I found the band-aids of using mods a bit lacking AND cheating... I personnaly don't care about the nerf and I will tell why

     

    Like I said in another post (Ammo 2.0) the existing mods are lacking, there are holes everywhere. Nothing is logical since they (DE) start to force all explosive weapon using sniper ammo. The objective was to have less total ammo, less ammo pickups so the simple way for the "programming" it was sniper ammo; the reason was good but the way to do it was not logical nor their wisest idea... with time I can say IT IS STUPID, why :

     

    First we have five type of ammo (Sniper / Bow / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol) but

    -Aura : All Scavengers mods include (Sniper / - / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol) ... no arrow scavenger !

    -Ammo : Weapon's Mods (Magazine / Total) : (- / Bow / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol) ... no Sniper mods !

    -Mutation's mod's : to convert all type of ammo in the one needed (Arrow / Sniper / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol) ... All of them exist

     

    Penta using sniper mutation is just a joke in itself... "I am a sniper and I use a grenade launcher"

    Angstrum using pistol mutation is ok, but using sniper ammo with pistol mutation... some infested must have chew some brains in the programming team !

     

    The others big problem is the exploit of the same sniper pool, the penta have a +30% total ammo at most but pistol have +90% total ammo so like everyone I use the Explosive pistol exploit (Penta which benefit form an Angstrum equipped with +90% total ammo and pistol mutation). I reported it in bug, they tell me "this is not a bug" but I cleary fell IT IS A BUG...,

     

    I use this often and never ran out of ammo for my penta even if I shoot like a mad man ... one question, nerfing the HUGE ammo of penta was good but what is the point NOW, every players who know this exploit don't care about the NERF, every players who don't go to forum suffer from the nerf. SOME players know a way to cheat, others not This is "AN EXPLOIT"...

     

    Solutions : NERF US ALL and KILL the explosive weapons or Change the pools...

    2.) Maybe not all, but some weapons could use another kind of resource.

    Ammo does not need a massive overhaul

    Ammo 2.0 : The title tell everything, we need to change them all. Just another patch won't do it !

    FIRST, the MODS

    -Ammo : Weapon's Mods (Magazine / Total) : (- / Bow / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol) ... no Sniper mods !

     

    -Mutation's mod's : to convert all type of ammo in the one needed (Arrow / Bow / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol) ... all present

     

    The problems are numerous, sometimes there is a mod for one type of ammo sometimes not, and I don't even have to speak about explosive weapon that use rifle/pistol mods but sniper type. For the AURA, I never used them even ONCE, and I almost never see them equip in a team because Mutation exist and scavenger mods cost an AURA slot.

     

    SECOND, the gears n' pick up

     

    -Picks ups : types of ammo ou can refill (Sniper + Bow / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol / OMNI) ... why sniper and bow

     

    -Gears : One type of gear to refill all types of ammo but how much / how few ?

     

    Problems : "Sniper and bow from the same drop" but a rare but extra type call OMNI AMMO BOX that can refill all types. The main problem are that Sniper ammo get DOUBLE PENALITY : LESS drops + LESS ammo.

     

    THIRD, the mecanics and the world

     

    We actually have Five type of ammo : Sniper / Bow / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol but is it really true ? What TENNO actually use against their ennemies ? :

     

    -BULLETs : Gatling, Fusil, Shotgun and pistol

    -BLADEs : Not the swords but have you forgot your Shuriken ? filling them up with pistol AMMO ??? yeah not very smart from DE, we can throw bullet like shuriken ... tenno are magician XD

    -ENERGY : A lot of weapon don't use bullet like embolist or the Amprex

    -Explosive : The most explosive subject, PENTA ammo / Penta nerf some will say

     

     

    DE have 2 choices : PATCH ammo or CHANGE THEM ALL !

     

    CHOICE 1 : To have a global and good patch, first make DIFFERENTS mods for all SIX: Sniper / Explosive / Bow / Fusil / Shotgun / Pistol. That mean, to create a specific ammo pool for explosives weapons so I won't have to use the explosive pistol exploit (Penta which benefit form an Angstrum equipped with +90% total ammo and pistol mutation). I reported it in bug, they tell me "this is not a bug" but I cleary fell IT IS...

     

    CHOICE 2 : Change ALL, and from the best idea I have read there's :

    -AURA mod's : change scavenger form augment pickup to bullet regeneration like +1% per second.

    -TYPEs : Create new type of ammo like Bullet, blade, explosive, energy and give more bullet to secondary (+10 munition to miter's blades and +20 if for Hikou's blades)

    -BOOST ammo restore to one full magazine per pulse whatever the weapon.

     

    My personal choice : like melee 2.0 and Damage 2.0... the ammo system need to DIE, Don't let the it suffer anymore, please be human ! KILL IT !

  10. I have not made a big Snipetron build but for high tiers :

    -Damage over 2135 with Serration + Multi-Strike + Heavy caliber + Piercing Caliber and hit

    -Critical chance over 62,5% with Point strike

    -Critical multiplier to x5,6 with Vital sense and hammer shot

     

    So I only have a bit more 50% chance to do a 12k Damage. No enough for lot players but I use the usuals battles tricks (head shot, jump attack and the head shot, And Abilities multipliers like NOVA "Clic 4 too win" and sometimes Vauban's vortex...).

     

    The best way to build snipetron (Damage + Critical only)

    -A good ration Damage x Critical multiplier x Critical chance  and Shred max if you want to CC.

    -Or a good max Damage x Critical multiplier if you want to do highest damage but prepare a lot ammo

    -NEVER FORGET EQUIP "Dead Eye" aura mod !!!

     

    How to prepare a lot ammo (Secondary mod only)

    Another PRO(or exploit)-tip is to go with a secondary weapon with sniper pool's ammo and equipped it with MAX ammo (+90% = 57+6 in magazine = 63 shots) and ammo converter.

     

    The Hammer Shot mod is the wildcard; I install Shred there.

    Snipetron Has innate Punch Through of 3m, so installing shred rise it to 4,3m... a bit extreme, no ? XD but I reckon that I use the punch through to eliminate ennemies in SPY mission through windows... the ultimate wildcard there.

     

    Shred is also usefull if you want to CC but you have to rise the speed to max...so a low damage + punch through + Speed trigger + Elemental will be a good idea.

  12. Some Question regarding Nef Anyo :

     

    1/ Will Nef anyo get some new weapon like a corpus jet pack ? or the Serro ? (I heard he get train by the legendary prodman : J.P himself)

     

    2/ Regarding his location will he get a new platforms tile set ? or just the regular flat ground that disadvantage him the most (like all sniper) ?

     

    3/ Will Nef anyo be able to call some help or be a race against time boss ? (Like calling J.P himself if you don't kill him within 5 minutes)

     

    The Ultimate question : If we defeat Nef Anyo, will "Stalker who ?" target you or will we be targeted by John Prodman, the Legendary Corpus.

    Primary : ... a big laser canon that blast everything, and De made OPTICOR ... a funny one but less useful than quanta

     

    Secondary : ...a gun with the fire power of a missile and DE made Angstrum, but I wish it had some class and range and they made LEX PRIME (but i still didn't get my hands on it)

     

    Melee : ...a Corpus electric Halberd (see spoiler) and DE made the Serro.

    1/ Times to perfom the test insec : 5,22 / 5,44 / 4,96 / 5,70 / 5,35 / 4,93 / 5,41 / 4,72 / 5,82 / 5,54

    2/ Same test to determine time to launch and stop the chrono : 0,49 sec on 10 tests run

    3/ The run the difference and estimate my speed

     

    AVERAGE SPEED : 8,7 cp / sec

     

    TOP SPEED : 10,0 cp / sec (strange is it ? XD)

     

    So Pythadragon, you seems to be right about this...

  15. It is not just weapon, if the default load out have another warframe like ASH, the player can still use it. My last match was with most player using "standard" warframe but you can have others like :

    -Dual Ether (left side, Once I tried to change it, I discover I cannot re-equip it and have now ZERO weapon usable of my 12)

    -Some have ASH + ORTHOS PRIME... (it strictly kill the game)

     

    I play some rounds to find if it change the tides... It strictly KILL the PvP.

    Yo, man so can you tell me what is Frost Prime apart from a "cosmetic" version of Frost ?

     

    For Latron prime or Reaper prime, they are a lot better than the original but a golden FROST is no more better than a frost. And don't complain about orokin's spec or the little polarity.

     

    I think, it is a good thing because those who what them (reaper and Latron) will save them and regret sealing the blue print to baro'

  17. This is one of the most horrible builds I have seen, with out any offense.

    Using SF+Vitality on low armor frames is not the way to go. Loki have Invisibility for a reason, and you lose efficiency with your build. Survivability can be achieved by making either Irratiated Disarm range+efficiency or going perma Invisibilty.

     

    XD : "most horrible build" ... yes, you're pretty much right because it is a T4S SOLO only build. I pretty never use it elsewhere because it's not use full. but why ?

     

    First : SOLO means no help and Bombard and grenade in T4 oneshot you without "Redirection + Steel fiber + Vitality + VIGOR". I cannot make it to 20' without it.

     

    Second : I always keep distance with enemies by using decoy so Radial Disarm at base range is enough.

     

    Third : One Radial Disarm cost 100 energy, two times invisibility = 60 seconds of invisibility

     

    Loki is a specialized Warframe and I specialized it more so it really turn in an "most horrible build"... YEAH but I can do my "60 T4S keys runs" without help. :p

  18. Best Loki Build I made (you can use the primed version of continuity or flow, if you have) Invisibility MAX and no Radial use.

     

    AURA : Energy Siphon

    Base : Redirection + Vitality + Steel Fiber + Vigor

    Mods : Continuity + Narrow Minded + Constitution + Flow

     

    Why ? Because I can do Tower IV survival up to 20-25min alone without any reborn, killing VOR each time without loosing too much time on him.
