This looks to be correct as per Build Notes:
Find Mutalist Beacons through Infestation Outbreak rewards.
Currently have eyes glued to new Outbreaks, as that's where they can be expected (as a reward like Fieldron/Detonite/etc is now).
"Infestation Outbreak rewards" ... ok, so if I get "normal" nav coordinate after making Mutalist Invasion is normal but let me resume :
We get ALAD V mutalist nav coordinate with Infested mission.
We get Derelict's standard nav coordinate with mutalist mission.
Doesn't seems not logical nor ... (speechless)...

First ability stay lock with blur motion effect...a real pain to play but GREAT for a snapshot...

For a good weapon load out than can do anything :
Main : Latron or a Sniper rifle (critical oriented)
Side : Kunai (puncture - cheap, lot of ammo, great speed, effective even not without catalyst)
Melee : Scindo (Slash - more damage mods, Heavy melee for jump attack with AoE)
What I will personnaly use (fit my style)
Main for power : a Sniper Rifle (Snipetron Vandal but you can get a Vectis)
Side for speed : a AKbolto (It as never let me down)
Melee for control : Fragor (to knock out crowd) or Nikana (life steal mods)

Heavy weapons (Rifle or pistol) use sniper ammunition pool, the SAME pool but with their original MODS then :
-a Penta will use sniper ammunition pool (penta : 20) + Rifle Ammo MODS + Ammo drum (+30% of ammo), you get 26 rounds
-an Angstrum will use sniper ammunition pool (angstrum : 30) + Pistol Ammo MODS + Trick Mag (+90% of ammo) : you get 57 rounds
What happen if you play dirty...(like I am doing) you can :
-Equip a Angstrum with Pistol Ammo MODS + Trick Mag (+90% of ammo) : you get 57 rounds
-Equip a Penta without
Rifle Ammo MODS + Ammo drum (+30% of ammo): you still have 57 rounds and you save 14pts of capacity drainTada... and then a nerf on weapon can help you buff your main weapon an use the side one as an ammo saver and converter....

Jackal... a peculiar boss, I personally... HATE !!!
Why ? because since I played warframe (update 6 or seven), All the bosses were hard do deal with. I comparison, Vor who only had shield and his stupid pistol take me 30' to kill but it was the second time because the first time I used all my ammo (latron), yes all the five hundreds ammo on vor add on this the old three ammo box (old refill system) and I raid the map to the extraction to .... I guess around 3.000 shots in his S#&$ty head to take him a third of his life (I abandon because there was no more ammo).
I ended giving up and fight a whole week to get Energy syphon (before the aura system, it was Highly Rare) and my twin Ethers swords. It take me only and Half hour because I run away to charge my energy and then run into vor being invisible slashing him with my "ignore armor" Ethers blades... sigh... a good memory XD
Why I hate Jackal ??? : because Syphon+Ether+run away tactics work on most boss except.... Tanky Jackal and Flying Raptor. Even with a excellent Latron (I still have, despite the lovely Wraith version), It take me a half hour to find the way to kill him without being send to heaven and a full hour just to kill him with a cutting edge strategy (Take cover being a pillar, shot a hundred of bullet, RUN to flee from the missile, take cover...).
Today I tried to kill Jackal several times with my level 0 Latron Prime, level 13 poorly mods Silvia and my "no offensive power" LOKI lvl30. I still find it hard to deal with 'cause It still take me about 20' to kill him and my sentinels (Stinger level 60) rush kill it in less than 30 sec.
This is why I hate Jackal : because it reminds me of the good old days and that playing Warframe is NOT EASY and i love this game for this XD

I feel same way just after a Alert mission. Everything started normally, but all others players disconnected one after the others because they got killed in less than 1', so I ended finishing all the infested but after than spawn rate drop radically, never be more than 3 infested insight.
So I ended up at 7:33 without oxygen but "Alert Survival extraction" show AT 10:00.
-I didn't FAILED the mission because I am still alive...
-I CANNOT win nor end it because timer is stuck at less than 10 minutes so no extraction
-I can only abandon mission because there is NO WAY to win.
The big problem is I get low rate of spawn and I cannot make to 10:00 because some dude flew away.
-The "not a problem" is to kill enemies, why ... NOVA, 4 (baboum).
-The "not a problem" is to go and activate the capsule, why ... NOVA, 3 (portal).
If it is a survival mission base on enemies or oxygen CANNOT be made because there is not enough OXYGEN AND ENEMIES so we have a problem on the mission. And moreover, I restart the mission on solo and even than, I hardly made it with wave of 5-7 enemies. They may be level 30+ but few infested is still few life support.

Like Other I try to run Orokin Derelict Exterminate (Collecting Vault) and I often get blocked with a door, I'm making a ticket with my last three EE.log. I can't evaluate how many times it happen because I abort the mission as soon I find a vault with a mismatch key. But the last 4 missions where i was blocked, I had open 2 vaults and the the others was beyond the doors.
-I even try to call infested by firing but they are blocked to.
-2 Doors were blocked before the patch and 2 after so....

All Launchers:
Launcher weapons now use Sniper Ammo Pool.
Ok, The Angstrum and Penta are LAUNCHERS and the now use sniper ammunition. OK.
When I go in my Arsenal, I should see this : SNIPER MODS with sniper ammo type weapon
But what I've got in my Arsenal, I should NOT see this : RIFLE/PISTOL MODS with sniper ammo type weapon
But why did the AMMO MUTATION MODS are still RIFLE and PISTOL ? I know they work fine because I've tested them, just in case of... I know the cost is the same, still 7Pts, Iknow the only difference is only on word and an image but it is not correct.
SO.. BUG or FORGOTTEN ???
PS : For those who still ask them self, yes I'm french and picky about everything....:p

The problem I had is similar but it is NOT a bug just a BAD interface. I explain.
In the New Mod menu, when you go in Fusion Panel, it ONLY show you the unranked or not max ranked mod. So, if you have maxed rejuvenation or a stance mod like me, the mods will Disappear from the listed mod because it because maxed and cannot be fusion anymore. When you relogg or if you change panel from Fusion to Collection, the mod will reappear.
It was a rare stance so I panick a bit ... but even if it's not a BUG, it's definitely not a good thing... to not being able to see the maxed rank in fusion collection because you don't know how many you have or if it as be maxed or not.
but GunGhosty, have you lost the mod or not ???

I have done some defense mission in the new Grinner Galeon but if you have and artefact or pod to defend, there is still the same bug. I have take some shot the last time on a defense alert in SOLO run.
Against Infested, it become a piece of cake since they cannot touch the pod/artefact half of time.
Against grinner, it still a problem since grinner does attack the right artefact/pod but it always stay down so the new tile is a bit spoil.
-Only one artefact pod is real, the one which is down (you don't need to defend two)
-The Upper of that follow the elevator, is "invisisble" to HUD, no life or shield. You can even pass through it.

To sum up,
Any action made in the ship in relation with the server make you to get log out :
-Using foundry or arsenal
-Matchmaking solo or public doesn't change anything
-Mission are made but you get log out after so... NO Progress
-Mastery Test for my gaining my level 12 is done but not taking in account still level11 BUT I can't make it another time.
-Statistic, profiles and leaderboard doesn't give any info AND log me out.
Good news...
-Patting the head of my baby Kubrow doesn't make any crash
-Just standing in the ship and doing nothing work but Ordis really get on my nerves fast XD
-Market seems OK but codex is sometimes doesn't respond or show nothing...
Test done before : Computer up to date, clean and reboot And Verifying or Defrag doesn't change anything nor activating DX11...

LOKI as Joe Musashi from "The Revenge of SHINOBI"
Shinobi is my really first Ninja, he walk by night in White And Red (very furtive) but He only need his Shuriken, his sword and his crazy moves.
He had 4 powers : An Electric Shield (like Maggie), a Hyper Jump (like Esca), A full Scale Fire-Dragons Attack (emby) and an full auto-explosive attack (like...euh nova .. ?)

Personnaly,
I started with Nova (build after the nerf) + Soma + Angstrum + Some random fire blade. WAS great on low level, any team until before 36 Pts.
Nova was out because of High Levels Disruptor... No energy No M.P
I continue with Vauban + Soma (with the new fire mods) + Angstrum + Machette Wraith (Life Force). Was great again hordes of ennemies until 41.
Vauban was out because of swarms of these Osprey *ù^$ù%% toxic clouds
I Ended with My Best Frost (ODA Mods) + Penta + Angstrum + Dragon Nikana (Life Force) & Specters Two Stars.
After 38 I only do Solo, And My Frost was equipped like my Lephantis solo Runs so there was no problems again High level or poison...
