This has been happening for over a year and they still haven't fixed it... Pretty disappointing considering this costs 75 platinum at minimum.

Can confirm this worked for me as well. I apparently missed multiple twitch drops from prior streams too and they all came in at once :).

Was doing Narmer Bounties on Cetus, specifically the one named Rise And Fall (Narmer). Got the stage to draw out the commander by killing 30 enemies at the given location. The bonus condition is to do so in under 1 minute. This was literally impossible to complete for us as the game only spawned in 9 enemies, and it took 2 more minutes to see any other ones. The location was the area just south of Ostwan Range. Extremely frustrating when trying to go for a perfect bounty run for higher chance of getting a certain rare reward that gets constantly rotated out.

They mentioned in Devstream 171 it's returning with the 7 Crimes of Kullervo update, which is slated for June.

I've seen that this was "fixed" in Hotfix 29.0.2, but it seems to have re-emerged. I fully ranked it to rank 3 in one go, so not sure if the display bug is only in the mod fusion screen, or if it stays in other UI elements after upgrading to Rank 2. For comparison, Rank 1 and 3 showed exact 20% and 40% values, respectively.
