Flux can pierce through up to three runners/leapers, it constantly staggers every shot, and can be "burst fired" for higher ammo efficiency, as well as it's power in conjunction with Venom.
I have been trying to convince people on this forum forever that a well modded Flux is a awesome weapon. I have every clantech weapon except the Lanka and I can say without a doubt the most "efficient mob killer" is the Flux. I love my supra(formax2) for killing bosses but the Flux is an elegant killing machine. People just wont take the time to learn to mod and use it correctly. A popular opinion does not always mean its correct.

The grind isnt the real issue here. The issue is that they were supposed to be WORTH all that grind but the devs are so afraid people will cry bloody nerf that they made them underwhelming.
-
I always thought separating pressure Point and Killing Blow into two different mods was counterproductive..not to mention repetitive and boring
+1 this. They need to be combined.
I dont mind Fury and Reflex Coil being different mods, but PP and KB really should be combined.
-
I would like to hit a Grineer with another Grineer.
Or, one in each hand. Dual Grineer!
-
I think the devs already agreed that this is a good idea. The questions is how soon.
-
I only equip chaos...and I only take Nyx to high level defense. All of her other 3 skills need to be completely redesigned from scratch.
-
No, that title goes to the Flux hands-down. Lanka isn't even the second-worst, that's the Prova.
Modded correctly the Flux insta-kills many enemies in a instant.
Not sure how you classify the Lanka, Ignis, Prova...or even the Torid as better weapons than the Flux. Quite the confabulation.

Mi'asma is acting up today so I should Rush to finish saying this...True Steel is not so bad, you can Reach a decent crit rate on certain weapons.
Dont cryo'round the forum when you dont like certain mods
*takes a bow

I wish they had like 5 helmets for every warframe. Outside of the +energy or +stamina helmets I only wear them for the look anyway...so hopefully we will get alot more of those in the future. I will say however that 75 plat does feel a bit expensive seeing as though they only fit one frame.
-
Cuz they plan to get rid of the artifacts and turn them into warframe mods. :(
Yea, me too...
^ this
It was stated in the livestream.

I just realized there is no such thing like a Corpus sidearm just yet.
I was shocked to find out the Dera was a primary. 3x Corpus rifles.
-
Torid is much better. I did a few Xini's with it and it is very nice now fully modded.

I am rank 9 with all damage mods maxed. I solo defense waves up to wave 30(Pluto) solo tier 3. I do not even use kunai/despair for that or any lab weapon. 2984 mission done 374k kills 713 bosses killed I fail to see what part of the game I haven't done already.
Well you are clearly overpowered then, we should nerf you.
-
I cant wait until all of the rank 3 OP complainers spend a day in Void 3 or or defense wave 30+ lol
When It takes 8 ogris shots or more to bring down a Ancient you will be complaining that your weapons need buffs.
The DEVS have gone out of thier way to give us Rank 6 and Rank 7 weapons to handle high level content now we have to constantly worry about low ranks asking for nerfs because they get out DPS's on wave 10.
Of course my Ogris, Supra, Acrid will out DPS starter weapons. Whys is this not common sense? The only valid OP argument on this forum is the Kunai and even that arguement doesnt hold much water at wave 30 when its the ONLY weapon in your arsenal doing any noticeable damage.

You are special.
Dont tell anyone please
Well, I guess I will have to go fulfill my shady dealer fantasy in real life. ^_^ wish me luck.

DE_Steve said on the livestream that he likes the idea of being penalized for overextending, upgrading and building. That basically it's a core part of Warframe to consider every decision before proceeding.
-
Ok an idea just hit me. Let us be able to build some kind of room in the DOJO where shady black market dealers (NPC) can come and sell us insanely overpriced item as an alternative for the frustration from RNG
For instance...I have basically given up on Vauban, the only Warframe I dont have.
If I could buy a Vauban Helmet per se for 3 million credits...I just might do it. And there is a real penalty for buying an item because you basically go broke for it. And I don't think it would hurt DE's platinum shop because "most players" wont be able to just go in and buy a whole warframe, so the dealer would only be useful for a player who may already have like 2 warframe parts and is stuck in RNG Purgatory.
It can even be added to the lore of the game.
lotus: These dealers scavenge battlefields for rare items and sell them for massive profits". Be cafeful talking to them Tenno.
If you think this is a bad idea, thats cool. My mother said Im "special" no matter what people think lol.
-
Oh wow someone I never knew existed before this moment says that I am being judged on my waframes damage, wow I should get better mods. Oh wait mine are best in game what shall I do? I see I'll go get an Ogris and keep up. This is sarcasm
*edited lol
Dont get so sensative, Im simply trying to point out the fact that the Ogris is severely limited during missions runs and a player who understands its weakness (has tried the weapon) can easily out DPS it in a game. Cheers?
-
Getting out DPS'd in a regular mission by an ogris? I wouldnt admit that in a public forum.
-
or a one-round clip for the rocket launcher
+1 !!!!!!!!!!!!
That needs to happen
-
The day DE implements trading in any form they will regret it almost instantly.
-
I noticed it lacked the ability to hit multtargets also so having it on my orthos has been underwhelming. Also 200 damage isnt much vs the energy spent to get it. But I like the concept though.
-
It was really hard to see with only one player, but with 3 players you can clearly see how powerful infested impedance can be.
-
This gave me an idea. All doors leading to bosses should require more than one person to open. This works out well for everyone. Rusher can’t ruin it for a group that doesn’t feel like rushing, and a group that’s really rushing will have more than one person in the lead.
+1
Don't Be A Tunnel Turd

Let them die. The idiots will come back to the pod after the 2nd or so revive. It never fails.
I recently played a game with a Tunnel Turd. I picked him up twice (using chaos) up to around Wave 15. Then after that I let him take all of his deaths. It literally took him using every single revive before he returned to the pod area. The best lesson is a bought lesson.
