  1. The biggest bets are Trinity, Saryn, and Banshee. Mirage or Zephyr aren't off the table either.

Trinity is looking to be most likely. Standard Trinity has a diluted drop table, making her harder to obtain than Saryn or Banshee. She is also long overdue for a visual overhaul, making her a prime candidtae for getting primed. Out of the three most likely options, she also enjoys the largest usage despite her lobster tail. Trinity would be both a popular option amoung players, as well as a financially shrewd option.

Saryn comes in a close second, as she is the only "elemental themed" frame that hasn't been primed yet. We have Ember Prime (Heat), Frost Prime (Cold), and Volt Prime (Electricity). All that's missing is Saryn Prime (Toxin). That being said, Saryn is actually more like a poisenous flower than a true "poison elemental", if we consider the other frames mentioned as elementals corresponding to the Warframe base elements.

Banshee can't be discounted. Despite not having very high usage compared to the other two, she has devout users and is quite a popular frame even though she is more rarely used in min/max situations (High tier endless mission types, raids) compared to the other options. Banshee is already an aesthetically pleasing and fun frame to use, and a primed version with accompanying stat buffs might make her more viable in top tier play.

  2. DE really isn't having a good week server-wise. Just ran a T2E, didn't get a reward and forced to logout because I got a blackscreen. Hopefully the reward wasn't one I needed. Also lost a trade yesterday because the server conked out just as we were about to come to agreement. I was using this weekend to farm stuff to trade for plat, (mostly by buying out the void trader xD) but it seems like that's a no go. :/

  3. I proposed something very similar a while back. I tend to agree, however I would recommend having a much smaller radius that is modable for range. 10-15m at max rank, so you actually have to move around (instead of just standing in the same spot all day). Also, a longer base duration with a flat 75 base energy cost instead of energy/body.

  4. TWOOOOOOO GRAKATA!!!!

In all seriousness, so much hype for Clem becoming official part of lore. So. Much. Hype. I will honour his quest by using only Prisma Grakata, Two Grakata, and Jat Kittag.

  5. Here are my own breeding results. It was circa U16.5 or so, and the aim was a Huras kubrow that didn't look like an lovecraftian horror (the breeder wanted 200p for 2 imprints of the ugliest Huras kubrow I have ever seen). Imprint 1 was the less-ugly offspring of the ugly Huras, Imprint 2 was just a random result of one of my first kubrow. I was pleased with the result, despite losing any interesting colours from Imprint 1.

On the side note, I hatched a randomised albino Chesa today (dunno pattern or build yet). Does anyone know how rare or what prices that would fetch?

  6. Get a Limbo, turn on riftwalk, cheese all Corpus Spy missions because he can't trigger the laser alarms.

I love the guide posted here though, may use it in the future.

The point with Spy missions would be that they're completable with any frame in the game - using only play skill. You don't want a clean completion of a spy room confined to specific warframes and cheese tactics.

  7. I often run Oceanum, Pluto, a Corpus Spy 2.0 mission. I often come across this spy room. The pictures were taken after I extracted the data (I triggered the alarm). Usually there are 3 fast moving laser traps in the room. The room is literally impossible to complete without triggering the alarms unless you're Loki/Limbo. Even then, sometimes you will trigger the alarms as Loki.

The first problem is that this grate is always blocked at higher levels. You can't use it to better time your attempts at the various methods of completing this mission. It also makes it impossible for a warframe that isn't Loki (using decoy+Switch TP) or Limbo to get around the laser traps to try an alternate route to the data console.

The next problem is THIS grate. It is always left open, which is nice... except it's right in the middle of the laser trap. It is possible to do it with a standard frame, but only if you're some godly player that has superhuman reflexes and accuracy. You need to run WITH the first laser trap, then run with the second laser trap before bullet jumping into the grate and not falling back down. Because of the speed of the laser traps, you have around 3 seconds to complete ALL these actions. When this is the only route, I often fail right at the bottom of the grate opening.

Sometimes the grate on the left is open, in which case you can complete this perfectly with a Loki easily (decoy + switch tp), letting you get into the room to disable the lasers. You can do this by standing at the entrance of the tile. Sometimes the grate on the right is open, in which case you have split seconds to destroy the great, use decoy, then switch with it. If you actually manage to swap places with your clone (instead of just TPing to it), it will likely trigger the laser trap.

I'm all for a challenge, but this is ridiculous. Something needs to be done so players actually have a chance of completing this without triggering alarms. As it is now, you may as well just rush it without regard to a clean run.

I might do a video, a compilation of attempts at this room to show how ridiculous it is.

  8. Doing either Vay Hek or Lephantis assassination is a good way. You need to be Rank 5 or higher for Hek, or craft the ODA key for Lephantis. Lephantis is more expensive to run, but you get ~4 chances for Lephantis to drop either an Orokin Cell or Neurodes. If you're into kubrow breeding, Vay Hek is good because there are generally a few kubrow dens per mission.

  9. Name pretty much explains it all, the option to use an Exilus Adapter to remove an Orokin Catalyst or Reactor from a Warframe/Weapon/Companion/Archwing, perhaps with an additional credit cost (of say, 100k).

Some people don't have unlimited money, so why not let them use a high cost, long grind time item to get back some of their old potatoes from things they no longer want?

  10. I've been playing a tonne of exterminate, spy, and rescue missions armed only with a Snipetron Vandal and a Scanner. I use the Scanner to track enemies through walls and environmental objects, and then use the Snipetron to land headshots on them (partly thanks to it's 3m innate punch through). When I mentioned this to a friend he said to me, "why don't they just have a mod that lets snipers see enemies through walls while zoomed in?" I instantly agreed with him. So I decided to mention my take on that idea here.

    Thermal Tracking

    Rare, 3 ranks

    Naramon (Bar/dash, - ) polarity

    13/14/15/16 Mod Cost

    Sniper Rifles

    +40/80/120/160/200 Enemy Tracking

While aiming down sights, reveals enemies within the range in a similar manner to scanners. Enemies pulse with a red silhouette, which reveals them through objects and walls. The cost may seem absurd, but it is justified by the massive reveal range.

Drops from Grineer Ballista / Drekar Ballista.

    Auger Rounds

    Rare, 5 ranks

    Madurai ("V") polarity

    10/11/12/13/14/15 Mod Cost

    Sniper Rifles

+35/52/69/86/103/120 Enemy Tracking, +2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5 Environmental Punch Through while aiming

Same as above for the enemy tracking, "Environmental" Punch Through is Punch Through that only passes through terrain, objects, and corpses. It does not pass through living enemies. Environmental Punch Through is applied BEFORE standard Punch Through, and is only applied while zoomed in with a scope. The Enemy Tracking does stack with Thermal Tracking, which allows you to reveal enemies in even the largest room tiles.

    Nightmare Mode reward.

Let me know your thoughts on the overall concepts, as well as the more refined numbers and balancing.

  11. Yes, the Tigris / Sancti Tigris has insane damage. The price you pay for that is a tiny magazine with a moderately long reload time, damage falloff (insignificant at lower levels, but you start noticing it on high level endless missions), bullet spread (again, not so bad at lower levels but really hurts at higher levels), and poor wave clear without mods.

I would say it's right up there as a top-tier weapon without a doubt, but it's drawbacks prevent it from encroaching on the "god tier" that the Soma Prime and Boltor Prime have held for so long. And is it really such a bad thing that a shotgun is good?
