    I think what DE was originally trying to do is make ember a more melee type, by lowering the range.... But she should get her old Overheat ability which gives her 40% damage reduction. If we get that back ember will be a rolling ball of fire and blades... (* ^ * )

  2. Can we still actually call world on fire, as World on fire when its just a small spot? o. o

    I suggest calling it Meltdown or something

    Also nerf the range more since ember can still cheese mid missions easy, and add some damage reduction when using 4th skill (add it as an aug or something)

    Change WoF to Meltdowner

    A toggle ability that gives ember a flame armor, initial cast radius starts at 1m growing to 5m when it hits 100%

    enemy that enters the radius get burn

    Energy and damage also doubles just like the current skill

    gain damage reduction from 10% to 40% when also reaching 100% of the skill

    Change her fireball skill to flame thrower, similar to fire Chroma's spectral scream.

    Ember fires a stream of flame from her hands to burn her enemies

    (uses secondary weapon mods?)

    When cast during meltdowner it cost 0 energy and power increases when meltdowner reaches 100%, but she becomes stationary.

    I got 145% range on her. After ~15 seconds it's down from 20-30 meters to about 10, probably even less. Yet she still deals a ton of damage in missions below level 30. And her CC is just gone.

    In other words, she still semi-AFK's low level missions, and high level became even harder. DE screwed up once again.

    Equinox is just hard to get for most players lol

    Unfortunately it really does kill Firequake. I was able to get my build back to the same range but at the expense of survivability and ...... firequake.......

    The two things that occurred to me was to just cap her range, If memory serves there are some frames that have a hard power cap. Just cap it at something like 27m, no more ~40m Ember.... problems solved~

    Alternatively scrap Firequake and replace it with something that is actually useful. 

     

    Tho the tiered damage rings while a bit complicated would also probably work.

The reduced range only really matters in missions in which there aren't enough enemies in range for WoF to target consistently. If you are using Accelerant to buff up WoF, getting close enough to keep them in damage, and making sure you don't stand still, Ember is more than okay in her current state.

    Heat damage may be bad, but with Accelerant augment you give everyone on your team MORE damage, and then multiply it on enemies. It feels pretty overpowered, actually.

  7. Basically just remove the range decay, but keep the damage range decay...

    Suggested to keep original range, but farther you are from the source the weaker the damage, but the closer you are the more it should burn (300% damage bonus cause heat damage is bad...)

    By keeping the original range with diminishing damage should still make Fire Quack viable...(we could just remove all the damage on  decay damage area and let it just proc heat on enemies?)

    Edit also keep the current energy consumption its feels fun o. o

  8. Since DE wont revert the world on fire stats when using fire quack augment is on (with 50% reduction on over all fire damage)

    Make a new Fire Blast augment... (since current one is pretty meh...)

    Fire Wall Augment

    The ring of fire becomes a wall ring of fire blocking bullet (or damage reduction to 75% while inside the ring)

    Its better than getting irritated everytime by that certain publisher >:T
