When starting Armatus (Steel Path) from Sanctum Anatomica, four times in a row now upon loading in and attempting to start the mission via hacking the computer, the door fails to open. Other players have mentioned having this problem as well, and then when I joined a mission from the orbiter the same issues were happening. Only this time after host migration was I able to actually do the mission, though there was only one other person. Initially the option to interact with the computer is there, and after hacking it, nothing happens, and the computer can no longer be interacted with, and the door does not open. I've also noticed the same issue in the secret room as well. When hacking the computer to open the door to leave the secret room, nothing happens. The door remains shut, and you cannot interact with the computer again.

Same I had two nodes done, and was wandering around collecting Voca, and looking for the third location when out of nowhere I just get "Defense Failed" and into the mission failed screen I go. 21m 18s had passed. There wasn't a bomber active or anything.

Same exact thing just happened to me, right down to being on Saryn. Though I think it was from an exterminate to a survival. Two people were leaving and then the host waited until 1 second to back out, and I couldn't do anything.
