  1. I bet they will soon introduce the new enemies.

    This one is the Juggernaught:

    Don't even know this one:

I believe the one seen in the first plan is a new Ancient that will open up its chest, unleashing a few tiny infested.

  2. It is not official yet, but it has been mentioned that we may be expecting further development of what the Syndicates have to offer, I'm talking about the frame augments specifically.

As you know, most of the augments we currently have are just pretty bad. Why would a Volt want to waste time for aiming at his constantly moving teammates just to give them a little electric buff? Why would ALL of the elemental frames want to do that? Why would a Vauban Booben waste his teslas' effectiveness by setting them up in a net/tripwire pattern?

The developers should instead concentrate on further developing every respective warframe's theme:

Volt is a speedrunner. Why not give him the ability to grant himself and all of his teammates knockdown and stagger immunity for the duration of Speed? All of us do speedruns at some point, be it a high-level boss or a simple nightmare mission. This little gimmick would double the appreciation Volts get for buffing their squads.

Loki needs his invis to survive AND deal damage. Why not reward players for doing well by giving him a mod that replenishes 0.5s of his Invisibility every time he kills an enemy? It's not much, but when added up, you get as much as 5 seconds back for just 10 kills.

Discuss, comment on each other's thoughts, be positive about this relatively new addition to the game. Every idea is appreciated!

  3. Warframe was designed specifically for its 3rd person view - as said by a developer whose name I can't recall.

Edit: Simple example - Walk through a door. Does your camera hit the wall? Nope. Because all (or most) of the passages were designed for the camera being slightly above your warframe's head.

I doubt the devs would want to waste time on modelling all the arms-only pieces of warframes just so that a few people can have a 1st person mode.

Also wall-running, all those flips and sommersaults would be REALLY trippy if not headache-inducing.

  4. I'll take a look, thanks!

Ya, there was root motion in the anim...so if left long enough he would leave the menu screen completely.  Root motion has been removed, should be fixed in the next major update.

    Thanks again!

Thank you, that has been a problem since the animations were added I believe o:

  5. It's fine as it is, beside you're suggesting WAY too many AOEs.

Toxin depleting stamina - Enemies don't even use it.

Radiation - Lemme get this straight, you're saying that targets that got hit with a radiation crit should get THEIR dmg amplified with radiation?

Viral - Simply OP. One could use an Amprex to halve the health of basically everything they can reach.

In general, I think Amprex would become the new Soma after a change like this. Coupled with everyone being a power-duration-built Volt.

Damage is balanced as it is, IMO.

  6.

For your primary, you want to focus on weapons with a high base crit chance. These will get the biggest bonus from Electric shield. Dread and Amprex are the current top weapons there, though Soma and Paris Prime can be quite good as well.

Bows and thrown weapons do not benefit from the Electric Shield.

Soma and Amprex are the best for the shield build.

  7. The Dex Furis are no longer obtainable from what I know.

As for playing Volt, go for power duration and efficency (defensive) if you want to make your Electric Shields last longer and boost your crits.

Go for a stamina and power duration build (for speedruns) to buff yourself and your allies with Speed and get everywhere faster. Practice blocking knockdowns with melee, coptering, and using directional melee to get to higher ground when needed.

I personally use maxed Redirection, Vitality and Vigor for maximum survivability (watch your squishy armor though), a stamina build (Marathon, Quick Rest, Rush) to be able to outsmart and flank enemies, and Intensify + Streamline to increase the effectiveness of Shock's stun. Also useful for taking out cameras.

As for your melee weapons, get the Life Strike mod. You're gonna need it a lot since Volt's armor is one of the weakest in the game. If you start bleeding - you're dead. If you get poisoned - you're dead. This mod is gonna help a lot.

Jump kicking enemies is more efficent than losing momentum by casting shock to incapacitate them. Shield lancers won't be your bane anymore. Remember about blocking and always do so while sliding (little momentum lost as opposed to stopping completely).

  8. If it bothers you that much, you can set their color to be the same as the frame's and hide it on the back of your frame's left shoulder. If you have a syandana you rarely even see it there.

Unless you're the kind of a guy who hates the lack of symmetry in which case - sucks to be you.
