Ya like what does a grinner like military unit have to do with a cult wanting to purify the world?

The Red's want to hit the reset button. They want to more or less want to take the system back to the days before the Grineer, Corpus and Orokin messed everything up. The Red's are working with Steel because the colonies and their people are key to accomplishing the Red's goal. Also, you could say the Red's hold Steel in high regard because they are the only ones fighting to save the colonies.

  2. I put this idea forward in another thread: I'd like to see a system that would allow us to lock down stats on a Riven mod and reroll the non-locked down stats. You would have to pay x amount of Kuva to lock a stat and a locked stat adds a percentage to the reroll price for the non-locked down stats. Though the system needs sanity checks before anything else.

They still would think it and that's problematic. Thought crime!

I'm not saying don't talk trash over the internet. I'm simply saying that if you are going to do so, have the cojoneys to say it in person also.

good thing is, playerbase is large enough to go wild with ignoring people that act like that.
one day, you post that prime part on trade, and he will not be able to reach you.

I just hoping that the ignore list does not have a cap. Because that would be a crying shame.

but it wont, in order to unlock the kuva fortress they would already have gotten enough to make an end game viable build, remember kuva fortress is teh last possible area you unlock now. and if they have an end game viable build these mods are of little to no value

What makes the Fortress endgame though? The fact that it's the last area we unlock or the new mechanics? Sure it can be tough in spots but I don't think it's end game. When I think of end game it's something that requires not only high level gear, it also requires skill and a healthy dose of team work. The kind of challenge that no matter how good your gear/build is, you have zero chance of soloing. To me the challenge level of Fortress missions is on par with higher level Void, Eris and Sedna missions. Not what I would call end game.

they did something similar with the moon spy when it came out, and players never actually greeted it well, what reason does de have to try i again with the kuva fortress?

If adding the mods to the Fortress will benefit the majority of the player base I say, do it. Because people are going to find something to complain about no matter what DE does and the ones who typically complain about such things tend to be a vocal minority in the first place.

From a game design perspective (and not from a player friendliness perspective), it'd probably be a better model to double (or triple) the re-roll cost when a stat is locked down.

Well, now that we have Kuva flood missions, that would be okish. But, I would suggest keeping the reroll prices as they are and have % added to the cost per stat locked down.

Removing bad rolls is just asking for a shortcut to save you the time to farm the Kuva to reroll your Riven mod another time. This just boils down to "I want my powerful stuff now with minimum time investment possible".

Make it so that you can use Kuva to lock down the stats you like on a mod, than use Kuva to reroll the stats you didn't lock down.

  9. This happened to me last night and the night before. I would be running through the stealth test to obtain rank 9 with no issue and all of the sudden I'm unable to use Melee and no longer getting prompts for stealth finishers. I tried hit the weapon swap key a few times. Rebinding my equipped melee attack button and tried to use a emote to correct the issue to no avail.

  10. Alright so I'm not an Ash player and because of that I'm not going to go into the targeting system and over all mechanics of Blade Storm. The only suggesting I'm going to put forward is a possible replacement for the attack animation Blade Storm. After targeting mobs and hitting 4 again, Ash assumes a melee stance and disappears into a could of smoke. A few sec later Ash reapers in the spot where the attack as cast. A couple of sec after Ash reappears the mobs effected by Blade Storm go into a "pain state" and are frozen in place. The mobs killed by the damage done by blade storm fall apart like they do if killed by a slash proc. The ones not outright killed by Blade Storm fall to the floor. The whole animation cycle could be shorter than the current Blade Storm and still be really flashy.

  11. While not completely useless Altas'es Petrify needs to be tweeked. Even when built for Power Strenght and  Ability duration the ability can be really slow to petrify anything above level 30 or so. Also I don't think it should cancel already applied proc effects when the mob is turned into stone. But, the damage values of the pre-appiled proc effects could have their damage numbers reduced. Lastly, I think the Augment for it could be changed to something a bit more useful. Something that would add more synergy with his other abilities with his other abilities. Something like Petrified targets take x damage from Landslide and Tectonics boulder. If killed by Landslide or Tectonics boulder, targets will drop extra loot.

Mine Ospery, No (Just walk around the mine....)

Not always an option. If they are high level and come in a pack or in a confined space such as a doorway or hallway. On a few Coprus sortie runs I have witnessed a group of mine Osprey's basically shutdown an area with their mines. Simply because they where in a confined hallway and due to hallways layout, you would bullet jump right into a wall, hit the ground a set off several mines when you tried to get over them. Or they where backed up by several Sappers and Shield Ospreys. In pack and with decent back up the miner's are beyond a massive pain in the backside.

  13. We have a couple spears, tridents and not much else when it comes to Polearm melee weapons. To me this is kind of a shame, because there is a lot of unique Polearm designs out there that could make really good additions to the Warframe armory.  I think it would be cool to have Halbeards, Bill Hooks and War Axe'es.
