I could see the mod getting buffed, but it being useless, no. As long as the fire rate stays above 2 on a semi automatic weapon, you won't notice it. I personally like using it on beam weapons, as you deal damage per tick, not per ammo. Ammo only is to maintain the beam.
And argon scope, I use it for eidolon hunts. Even if it doesn't take damage from the headshot, it will still give me 9 seconds of crit chance buff. So even if I'm playing as Trinity I can still dish out the pain like everyone else.
It's all about playstyle, some spray and pray, others prefer quality over quantity. Both are valid.
You're going to laugh, I've carried new people through eidolon hunts with a rivened Snipetron Vandal. Critical Deceleration guarantees yellow crits with a chance of orange. Argon scope guarantees orange.

I'm okay with how the powers work, I use him for exterminate missions, fighting from cover. Overcharger is useful for when I need to take on hard targets, like Nox, Bombardiers, Bursas and Heavy Gunners. Since it's a direct damage boost.
The vector pad sadly isn't that useful as I can't change what direction it faces. It'd be fun to be able to force enemies to run into a trap. A vector zone like the trampoline used to work would be fine.

And his third ability needs more range! I'm slightly annoyed that I can lob everything, but not those damaging grenades!

Went from 204% Critical Chance to 178% but the extra multishot should help.

I've gotten my hands on one of those.
I've gotten to roll it.
+58% Magazine Capacity, +159% Critical Chance, -40% Projectile Flight Speed
OR
+107% Crit Chance, +66% Multishot, +68% Cold
I just want confirmation that Magazine Capacity doesn't do Multishot.

You only need to sacrifice once for each rank, including leaving enemy ranks.
Meaning that each syndicate has 7 ranks.

His powers need rebalancing to avoid him just dropping off shrapnel mines and dominating a portion of the map, like he currently does in PVE

At the price of 5 energy per hit, not per swing, but per hit. Unless using channeling enhancing mods.

I use it like I do the Veldt, chain those headshots. That works fine, as it turns every hit into a crit.
But from a regular play perspective, yeah its very lackluster.
It's a match/duel pistol. Most of its performance comes from accuracy, rather than raw stats.

Not all warframes always work well in teams. Loki, Ash, Ivara, Harrow...
They do get to shine in premade teams though!

I can handle horror on my own just fine. Watching people play horror, especially the kind of people who get scared. Once was cutting veggies while watching one of those videos. I didn't stab my laptop, but the knife did go from the cutting board to the space between the screen and myself.
I've got decorations in my orbiter that predate the War Within. So, I was surprised to see my kid sitting on top of the market console and the ayatan statue I had there
Or partially embedded in the Ayatan Anasa tentacle I had in the space of the elevator that connects to the Railjack. 120 or so Anasas. Took it down. Going to rebuild it in another room and hope it doesn't get any use. Might just use them to fence off the Helminth.

Upon reading the title, I thought you were going to rant about Nyx, or something leaving an opening to joke about her or another mind control warframe.
Glad you were able to not just notice and take care of your problems outside of the game to keep the game from becoming the center of your life.
And remember, while others do have problems, only you can talk about, work on, and solve yours. And, more often than not, it involves other people's help.

All the crit mods you can find, except crit damage on kill boost (as you won't be finding much stuff that you're going to be killing with your sniper alone). Fire and electric damage mods (to make radiation damage), serration and multishot mods for extra damage. And if you still have room for mods, puncture damage.

I play ash for disruption. I use a rapier. It's built for critical chance and critical damage (it has a crit chance, toxic damage riven.) I used to run a finisher damage build, until I realized....
Non humanoid amalgams, kuva guardians and the juggernaut are the only ones that resist the finisher version of Fatal Teleport.
That's where the crit build comes into play, as spamming heavy attacks will just give enough slash procs to bleed them to death.

Vauban and Nidus. The hunter and his pet helminth.
Mag and Hildryn. Just keep charging hildryn's shields and she'll keep everything locked down.
Oberon / Wisp and Nekros. Better if Oberon, as the two are antithesis' of each other.
Max range Octavia and Speed Nova. Just drop the amp down, the mallet, go invisible if you want, and watch the show.
Volt and Zephyr, this is more for shenanigans, just speed boost around maps.

Press and hold her 1 and she'll stay airborne as you say. Ok, without the moving part, but she can already stay aloft. (yes, I'm saying she can already do that if you cast her ability from the ground.)
Turbulence already makes her extremely tanky, to the point where only flamethrowers and grenades are to be paid attention to.
Her tornadoes, on their own are just crowd control. Start shooting them, or hitting them with melee and they kill everyone inside. And if several tornadoes occupy the same area, you get more damage dealt to those in the overlapping tornadoes.
Only her 2 could need an increase in usefulness beyond making her tornadoes bigger. I handle kuva liches and railjack just fine.
I like her floatiness, it allows her to just use her 1 over and over, without going crashing to the ground. to the point where archwing blinking feels slow.
For indoor missions, especially on the reworked tiles that take bullet jumping into account (need I remind you all that most tilesets predate bullet jumping and are awaiting reworks), she works well. And gets a lot more out lf her 1 in terms of quickly changing directions in mid air, than Rhino ever will out of his charge.
I take it you want airburst to be a more reliable non projectile, aoe thing. That I can get behind. Or even it gaining a charge up feature that will have it move faster, or just target her tornadoes.
And your last suggested ability is just one of Hildryn's abilities..
I see Zephyr to be a storm rapidly sweeping through the battlefield, only slowing to whip up more of a storm.
Only thing that I would change on current zephyr to make her more viable, would be switching her 2 for an AOE debuff that causes enemies to be slowed and take more damage. And any tornadoes going through that area get reinforced.
Basically, have an area where all enemies get reverse turbulence. They're slowed down, projectiles are pulled towards them, and because of that, they take more damage.

Don't worry, even in public, on some tilesets, like Earth's, they just don't even open 9 void portals in a single 5 minute round, not run, just decode one signal, and fail to open the relics.
