How about they lock the marketplace (plat items) until a player reaches a certain MR? Imo, MR is directly related to a players ability to craft new Warframes, weps, companions etc.

Intensify, Fiber, and Vitality are generally used mods that every frame uses at some point. You only need to pick two of them with Umbral Excal.

Sometimes I have to wait for a teammate to charge up lures during an Eidolon bounty. So I just go mining or fishing. Don't disable those.

Yes, it's RNG - a low chance, and just as the person would get the riven at some point eventually, there will be more players and that specific person will be in the minority group.

no balance , just slightly more controlled chaos
Better Rivens means more cost(Kuva, Plat, Time), so only the minority can afford them. Which in itself is its own balancing act.

Like relics, I'm sure that the disposition change would only affect any new riven cards after there change, and older riven cards would be unaffected. Or I'd like to think so.

Probably firewall or exe permission issues, something is preventing the launcher for connecting to sever.

It's easily p2w if you don't want to put effort into grinding for good rivens and high-cost (endo) mods. But other then that, you can spend time grinding said mentioned items, albeit with luck involved.

What if Ballas had a child with Margulis, and the only way for the child to survive was for it to become a tenno - blend in with the enemy. The child turns out....
