  1. While I have no doubt U18 will be worth it, and that DE is actually working on it, the fact remains that they were unprepared.

This is the fifth time this has happened, after promises that would work to avoid it. Time and again we have tolerated delays, and bugs, because you were open and honest with us about what the problem was.

As with all mature individuals, we will continue to do so as long as you continue to be open and honest with us. 11 hours overdue cannot be balanced out by a handful of vague twitter posts, a "few fixes" and "today is still the day." posts.

Is a rabid koala loose in the building? Did someone spill coffee on the development computers? Did you move a decimal point or translate between units incorrectly.

You are currently winning an award for best community, because of the understanding and enthusiasm of your players. If you want to continue to foster such a community these are the questions you need to answer:

    1. What is really going wrong? (A "few fixes" do not take 11 hours.)

    2. Can we expect this update today? (An answer to this yesterday could have avoided a lot of this.)

    3. Where are you actually on the process? (Build Candidate, minor tweaks, major overhaul.)

Acknowledging that you dropped the ball on this and presenting, or listening to, ideas on how to avoid this in the future would go a long way towards earning back some of the respect this fiasco has cost you.

  2. Greetings fellow Tenno,

A few words on the deals offered by our friend Mr. Ki'Teer.

Jolt: I say it's about time. For too long this mod has been out of reach. Poison dual stats where provided by Vor, Ice and Fire by Spy. And now we have the electric ones available from Trader.

Primed Pistol Mutation: I ask you my brothers, how else does one feed their Dex Furis or Aksomata? I for one toast this generous offer.

Prisma Syndana: what is a Syndana but a decoration. And now it is a fancier decoration fashioned from exotic materials.

Pyra Sugatra: A flaming decoration. Perhaps useless in the eyes of utilitarians but sometimes form is just as valuable as function.

It seems to me the only worthless thing accompanying the Void Trader is the negative comments from players who want a Mara Detron for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Now I bid you farewell. I'm off to drag corpus and Grineer targets to interrogation chambers so I can help fund Baro's insatiable appetite for Jellyfish and my desire for new shiny things worthy of my station.

    Rakawan, Arbiter of Clan Miraalan.

  3. Greetings fellow Tenno,

I have found the Survival mission on Apollodormus, Mercury to be a great place for weapon practice. It seems to be a Trainibg facility for them as the Grineer are generally low in rank with weak armor and weapons.

I also recomend carrying at least one fully ranked weapon with you in case of an emergency or Assassin visit.

If you feel more confident in your abilities then bringing a low ranked weapon to a high level mission can result in rapid experience gain, assuming you can reliably kill enemies with it.

Experience is split between all weapons and gear so simply bringing a weapon to a mission awards small amounts of experience.

Equipping all low ranked gear is inadvisable unless with reliable teammates.

  4. Greetings fellow Tenno,

First you must understand that your loyalty is to other Tenno first, and vice versa. Many Tenno find that their Syndicate is lacking rewards they desire and are more than willing to trade for such commodities. At the very least there are a few business minded individuals who will sell for platinum. However some Tenno are frugal by nature and I realize this may not be an option.

To answer your question it would be possible to reach good standing with four syndicate. Leveling up with Steel and Suda will allow you to gain standing with Arbiters while remaining unchanged with Red veil. In this case Meridians 50 gain for Veil cancels out the 50 loss from Suda while giving 50 gain to Arbiters.

Understand that this action will result in increased hostility for Perrin and Loka. However Simaris and Teshon will care little. However they would prefer you prioritize their tasks and thus will not give standing once your daily limit has been reached.

  5. Corpus means body. So, Orokin had those "bodies" acting as families or clans that were designed for specific purposes.

I was making a joker but in all seriousness I agree with you. I could see the Orokin raising children in a caste system. Orokin where the middle/upper class where Grineer were the working/lower class.

This would explain why the Tenno where called rejects. They had no corpus of their own, no one wanted to claim these void-warped children. From the response given when the Grineer miner was found, and when the creature in Rhino Primes codex was "tamed", seems the Orokin where not very good to those beneath them. No care for their well being, just musing about how it could benefit them.

The sentient voice from the Grineer entry states that there was no their mother and no their father. This could be referring to the Orokin society. They were "shaped" and "framed" from birth into a certain job or position in life. This explains why the father says they died because they clung to the old ways. They couldn't let go of the feeling of duty to a specific job or position. He, in the other hand could, he thought outside what he was meant to do and began thinking of the moment and himself, what he needed to do to survive, rather than what he was "shaped" to do.
