This is plenty enough to prolong player's retention, there is no point in making them "nemesis" in current state of the system.

Hmm, i didn't know entire community beside me had no problem with it, but still i'd choose latter, even if that was not me (like me and one trillions of community versus literally a person).
Because i can relate with them and sacrifice 3 seconds per every 3 hours or so to negate their 3 hours of suffering, it's not like i will lose much from it.
Oh also don't forgot almighty config exists, luckily i don't care dev's time or cluttered configs.

Are the checks in place not enough? You already need to be right next to your target and press a seperate button from any kind of attack to spawn a Lich, in a mission devoid of Thralls, with voiceover constnatly talking about the Larvling that will spawn a Lich if interacted with. Does this really need to be more clear?
OP's case is unfortunate, but it's really niche. And I don't think "it's muscle memory" is strong enough an argument. Think about what you're doing when you play.
You want to save your 3 seconds at the cost of someone else's 3 hours? heh, that's pretty cool and fair.

Scrap all that, and just add a simple one.
-Everything will be same as conclave, except you fight normal PvE enemies.

I can't really understand why we have to "discuss" this thing again and again and again.
We don't need self damage for balance, game has so many proof of it.

Yes, then you can keep doing your things like nothing happened.
And it wouldn't be a big harm, you only lose one or two minutes for each liches that lasts hours.

I'm sure i'll still make "a error that is very very rare and doesn't happen for 99% times" for hundred more times even with hold to spawn feature, just make liches only spawn on mission completion, rather than on kill.

Yeah my glaive prime decimates unarmored high level targets too. But because throwing the glaive is just less effective than using melee typically throwing weapons arent worth the gimmick. I do like throwing them when im reloading a secondary and dual wielding.
I'm mostly referring to the fact i can use it with navigator now, and also i can use orvius "just like melee 2.0" too.
Not too sure about power of weapons itself (although i wouldn't bother using orvius without ivara), i'm always welcome for any buff tho.

Like the Venka Prime having a low disposition because it'd be the most used claws type weapon, or like how nearly every sniper rifle has low dispositions even though the majority of their usage only comes from Eidolons.
But also they're using their own "internal ranking" where they've more or less decided a baseline disposition for a weapon to gravitate towards based solely on its performance. As such weapons that may have been popular at one point but not anymore may be near this disposition and aren't underused enough to warrant an increase.
Edit: Oh right, melee Rivens haven't been updated yet. Regardless my point still applies for weapons being compared largely to their own category of weapons.
Tl;dr: they do whatever they want to do, stop bothering about rivens.
