While this does a great job justifying for Bramma and Lenz, I'd appreciate some elaboration on why Artemis is excluded as well, it's already a fairly underutilized tool in Ivara's kit as by far the weakest exalted weapon, costing a ton of energy for very little gain, and is already a barely utilized tool in her kit as far as I've seen; most people play her exclusively for prowl and quiver to work in Spy vaults, or pickpocket extra loot from uncommon spawns. It's actually gotten to the point where I found myself low-key -judging- someone for using Artemis cause it's kinda trash.

cant help but wonder the same, didnt make much sense unlike the other two so i expected it to be a bug.

well, if it isn't, you certainly give this impression.

buff the one? correction, buff all of them. all bows.

yeah, it would make sense, given the recent changes in the game. self stagger is a thing, here's your logical change that should let bramma, lenz and any god forsaken bows to have a mod designed for, say it with me... BOWS. either they get it too, or no bows get it, which then defeat the whole point of said mod. if it is a bow, it should be able top equip it. and again, they could make it so only the arrow hitting an enemy can trigger the effect, which would greatly augment the "skill" ( as DE said when talking about an AoE weapon, hitting the target, cause apparently that's how AoE weapons in game are supposed to work... not. ) needed to use said mod. bam. the bows can all use it, and they have some skill requirements.

More like youre assuming that anyone against your bramma getting more powerful is automatically a hater.

i was gonan type more but we just got an answer, looks like youre just gonna have to live with your bramma not being quite as exposive as you want.

Agreed, thats why trying to ring a bell cause I am feeling hell of a burnout just after playing for 2 month but also dont wanna leave the game.

Just go play something else man, I get it. I get frustrated when I want to play but I dont want to play whats in the game then whatever does come is hollow or too short but thats how its been for ages now. DE knows, believe me enough people complain that it would be impossible for them to not know but you would be better off playing less warframe and more of other games until they (hopefully) get stuff sorted. Forcing yourself to play isnt going to do you any favors.

then they would warn about it. it rather seems like a bug,or the same reason why bramma couldn't equip cautious shot. but the bramma is a bow. even if you don't like it, it either needs to equip split, just as any bows should, or no bows should equip it, period. just because you don't like the weapon being strong doesn't mean it shouldn't get the mod. it is a bow? yes. it's a #*!%ing bow. from the mod description itself, it's the crossbows that are excluded. is bramma a crossbow? no. it's #*!%ing isn't :clem:the bramma should have split flight. will it make it stronger? surprise pikachu face yeah it will. just like ANY weapon it can get equiped on. if you're too stubborn to notice it, then you're a lost cause. DE have got a problem with consistency since forever, just looking at the implementation of old self damage... of even actual self knockdown.

where are you pulling this crap from? thinking i dont want it to have split flight because i dont like it? jesus if you reach any further you might pull a muscle chill out.

Bow or not, its effectively an AoE weapon, which is a class of weapon that was just wacked. How would it be consistent for DE to wack all AoE weapons then turn around and buff the one that a bunch of people consider the reason they were wacked in the first place? Again, it might be a bug for all of them, like cautious shot not working for the bramma but at least for the lenz and Bramma it would make sense for them to not get it given recent changes in the game.

Noting is impossible for developers when it comes to implementing in their game and the thing is I am not saying that they need to introduce something new rather keep their already made promises and do what they used to do. Also, I think its a wrong thing to do when you talk over someone without knowing anything about that person, I know why I play and what to expect from this game.

Thanks for your comment. Stay Safe.

lolwut im not talking over you by replying to the thread and i dont have to "know you" to reply to a thread you post on an open forum.

Imo its pretty plain as day that DE has no idea how to make challenging content or no desire to do so as they constantly tone down any amount of difficulty when the main portion of the playerbase cant manage it or complains too much. Just look at the double nerfs for the condrix scaling we just got as an example.

Why even get into the mental gymnastics if you can't make up an excuse for Artemis Bow? Bows that work like bows aren't actually bows? Come on, don't stop now

Because it might be a bug or maybe it wouldnt work due to spagetti code? which is what i said in my first post. Theres legitimate reasons for it to not apply to the bramma and lenz, no gymnastics required.

*Or maybe its a bug for all of them, it literally just dropped we wont know until some time passes.

following in game description, it is literally called a "grineer bow" .  if it has a string that you pull to shoot a projectile, it's a bow, end of the discussion. no matter how you twist it, it works on the principle of bows. for the sake of consistency, either every bows should have access to the mod, or none of the bows should. but they can't pick some and some that can'.t

Consistency doesnt trump gameplay considerations. Bramma would pretty much only benefit from the mod as the -accuracy would have a negligable effect given how the bramma works compared to "normal" bows. DE just wacked AOE weapons why would they turn around and then give a massive buff to two of them.

The accuracy debuff stacks, the stacks all goes away after 2 seconds
So you either use it as a shotgun, or at any longer range fire once per 2 seconds
And you can't fit split chamber along this mod

And if you put it on Cernos Prime it turns into Dragoon

    0/10 would not recommend

idk what you were expecting, reading the mod text it doesnt say -accuracy doesnt stack along with +ms.

  9. 1. The change sounds nice but to be balanced i think it would have to gradually lose its efficientcy bonus when cast in the air over multiple casts *and perhaps gain negative efficiency after a point.

    2. I would prefer this to be replaced with something else but I dont really have any ideas off the top of my head for it. One thing that would be useful would be an increase in travel speed for the airburst. Increased damage is a waste since building Zephyr for str is pretty useless unless youre building for Jet Stream. Even with a max str build the dmg from airbust is pitiful so it would have to scale really quickly to be worth casting for dmg alone which even then I would personally perfer to spend the energy on tornados and use the dmg boost from it to kill.

*Thinking about it though an augment for Airburst that turns it into a dmg ability might be of some use, perhaps one that trades the efficiency bonus from casting in the air and the ability to boost tornados for greatly increased damage and the ability to boost said damage by channeling energy into it similar to Garuda's blood ball.

    3. It would be nice if turbulence could be cast on allies like Gara's Spinter Storm can(without an augment), given that it only provides protection from gunfire and not melee and even then it doesnt protect from everything and it also doesnt do any damage unlike Spinter Storm, aside from that I dont think it needs any changes.

    4. I think the pull range is ok, but it needs to hold onto enemies better than it does, especially when you aim and the tornado moves. 95% of the time it moves and tosses out any enemies its holding which kinda defeats the purpose of it.

In stead of just boosting the range how about a hold to cast option that spawns one large stationary hurricane with a 15-20m base range that slows all enemies that enter by like 60-80% and increases crit dmg on enemies within by the same amount as tornados normally do. It would give Zephyr some more controllable CC while also retaining the normal tornados for times when they would be useful.

    *added some thoughts.

  10. Most of them do need some tweaks, but the vulklok, Deth rifle prime, and sweeper prime are all adequate imo. Sentinels are meant more for utility and support rather than damage and DE doesnt want something like a specter hovering over our shoulders that we can just afk the mission with.

If you use dethcube you get vaporize which scales from weapon mods on the sentinels weapon so it can be quite powerful, with my build it can reliably one shot up to level 50 lancers every 10 seconds, deal a reasonable amount of damage to heavy enemies and stun them while not even properly optimized to take advantage of vaporize because im using the vigilante set mods to boost my own weapon. If I built more for vaporize it can nearly kill a lv 100 lancer in one shot and take a quarter of a heavy gunners health in addition to stunning it. This also makes the dethrifle itself reasonably effective against normal enemies like lancers and crewman, obviously its not something that can solo a sortie but it shouldnt be able to do that anyways so its an acceptable amount of support from a small floating box in my opinion.
