Stop playing with PUG's, either play with friends or find like minded people on the forums or via ingame chat, that is kind of the reason they added it or if it comes down to it you could just run solo it isn't that difficult.
-
It used to before U7, now it seems to be bugged and only remembers the melee weapon last used on the WF.
-
Infested are pretty resilient naturally, especially the Ancients. You will need either Armour Penetration to be able to damage them normally no matter where you shoot them, or aim for weakspots.
-
An idea I had for shield polarize was to make it so when cast on an enemy they lose X shield and you gain X shield when cast on an ally you and the target gain X shield or leave how it works for allies as is but do the change for cast on enemy.

I found that Flow drops a lot on Kiliken as well as health and shields. Each of those are leveled to about half their maximums for me and Kiliken is really easy, been doing it since day 1 of U7 even without mods.

1. It's a Beta and we were warned of the possibility of resets, though the player base protested and demanded that it just be optional. DE agreed to that with the stipulation that if something changed or happened that required a hard or soft reset they would not be able to keep data (like a complete revamp of the mod system).
2. The Fusion Cores are not completely useless as long as you utilize them properly. You should also consider yourself lucky that they converted old mods in to the new system since they didn't have to.
3. It's a BETA Test, how many closed betas have you been in that let you keep stuff in to open beta let alone the release of the game, especially when they are making changes to some of the "fundamentals" of the game.
4. It will only take you a day or two to get back on track, most people were making posts complaining at first but then starting saying their guns were stronger than U6 within a day.
5. Any issues with things you bought with platinum should be submitted via a support ticket, not very likely to get answered here.
6. It's a Beta.
7. If you actually take some time to look over this new system I am sure you will find that it is actually a much better system, despite the fact that it is in its early days and they are already working on improvements.
8. It's a god damn Beta, you should have been expecting a wipe of all progress. Consider yourself lucky you got to keep your Frames and Weapons.

I think it's actually random. So a 10% multishot weapon has a 10% chance of firing an extra shot, while a 110% multishot weapon will fire two shots and have a 10% chance of firing a third shot.
That is how I thought it worked at first as well, but after using it on the Paris it has been far to consistent and some other people on the forums said that was how it worked.
But either way, 10% multishot and saying one out of every ten shots will fire an extra round is still accurate.
-
100% multishot means you will fire an extra round every time you shoot the gun and it will do the normal damage of your gun.
Unless it is a shotgun, then each shot has that much extra pellets in it.
10% multishot is ever 10th bullet you fire will shoot a second round and it will still do 100% of the weapons damage.
It should also be noted that the extra round from Multishot doesn't actually take ammo from your clip.

In the last big patch all the rank up challenges were changed, it used to be the same thing every time "Kill X Grineer in 1 minute", now there are a variety.
Looks like you just had some bad luck in getting a more difficult one.
-
Unfortunately since the changes to penetration you can't shoot through as much much cover as you once could, it used to be possible to shoot through a couple of walls, kill an enemy and blow out the window behind him.
-
What you suggested is pretty much the thing to do with the Snipetron, was before the new mod system as well.
Edit: Get as high level mods of the following as you can;
Multishot: Every percent of Multishot can be seen as an equal increase in damage.
Penetration: Get enough and you can kill 2-3 enemies with a single bullet or shoot them through cover. (Also makes the riot shield guys defenseless.
Damage: Max out a damage increase mod, you'll need it to keep one shotting at higher levels.
Crit Chance: Take advantage of something the Snipetron is naturally good at.
Crit Damage: As above
Reload Speed: This will help with the low clip size and long reload speed a lot
Elementals: Grab the one that works best for the faction you are fighting. E.g. Fire for Infestation.
Mag size is useless unless it goes up to like 100%

Took about 24 hours for mine to change as to give me access to the DC.
-
Just going to put this out there, I have been doing Xini on a level 11 warframe with no health or shield mods, that is a level 30-40 infested defense mission and that isn't the only mission of higher level I have done with a warframe that had no extra health or shields.
All it really means is that until you get those mods you have to play smarter, rather than just running through guns blazing like most people used to.
-
Myself and my friends were talking about something like this the other day, I think it would be great to have it all there as an option.
-
Every frame does indeed have different polarities, with the exception of the 4 ability ones of course, and while it may make some of the mods you use more expensive they will likely have a discount for other things that you would be using on them so it will balance out or maybe even be better in the long run.
-
I doubt this would ever happen.
It's like going to a store and buying a game only to find out a couple of weeks later that that item was put on sale and is being sold for the same price you paid but comes with several other games that you want.
It is possible that the devs could do a case by case thing where if you were to buy something and then a couple of hours later it goes on sale they might refund the difference.
-
Or do what other f2p games do and add boosters that last for a number of missions instead of a time limit.
This. Most F2P games will have an option for both, which one is better depends on your availability, if you're going to be free for gaming most of the weekend get a 3 day boost with which you might get through 20+ missions and if you don't have a lot of free time at all you could get one that lasts you for 5-10 missions but that could stretch out over 3-5 days maybe longer and would generally be cheaper.
-
IIRC or at least from my own experience even before U7 every boss has a chance to drop them.
-
Mag did benefit from power range before U7, don't know about damage though since I never tested it.
The only way to know for sure is to try each one out.
-
When I paid for founders status I got the platinum right away but it took a little longer for the extra stuff to go through like the title and Excalibur Prime etc.
Like right now you don't have your title yet, which means it hasn't been fully processed yet, just give it a day and if it still isn't there send in a ticket.
-
It is pretty simple.
Any power that does damage will have said damage increased by the power damage mod, any mod that has range of any sort, whether it be PBAoE or Targeted will be effected by the range mod.
Same with the other ones, just think about the individual power and if it has something that would be affected by the specific mods

This happens to me sometimes as well, I've tried using a couple different driver versions but nothing has fixed the issue yet.
However the times that it has happened are on missions where there are a lot of ammo boxes in a small area and other lots of other stuff going on.
Some examples are the Jackel boss fight, with the constantly spawning ammo and energy as well as the drones and the jackel on top of that and it also happened on an infested defense mission.
TL;DR It seems to be an issue with AMD drivers when there is too much going on at once.
-
10% per rank.
Even if that is the case it means it will be 60% instead of 30% so 2 extra bullets instead of 1 and IMO that still isn't worth it.

On average for every warframe part BP I have gathered (which is almost all of them now) it takes 6 runs, 18 runs for all 3 parts. I think the most runs I have done of a single boss to get all 3 parts was to get Volt, I got the helmet and systems on that twice each, did about 30-35 runs to get all 3 parts.
From what others have said though 30 runs to get all 3 parts is closer to the actual average. If you are not getting it after that many then you are just having some rotten luck.
