[Update 9.6]

Fix Ignis to where the flames use the energy colors. That is all I have to say. Also, Ignis needs some damage fixes with area of effect and damage over time.

[Reputation Bug Causes Freeze]

It didn't start happening until Arid Fear was introduced. So it must be a 9.5 thing. This new bug and the stupid door bug continue to be a thorn in players' sides. I hope they actually do something about these two bugs eventually, They're probably the two most game breaking bugs I've encountered so far. I hope they aren't having any memory leaks though. Those are random and unpredictable.

[Two Issues, Main Being Failed Mission Screen Stuck]

I'm having this problem too and it's annoying as hell. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. I only started to notice this issue after Arid Fear was added. It locks up the game and the only way out is task manager. This bug is important as it's game breaking. Also, fix the stupid door glitch for crying out loud. I'm tired of losing blueprints because doors don't open like they're supposed to.
