    Highest Damage Warframe?

    after a certain point, the damage from warframes becomes insignificant.  Warframes are selected for their utility, like Rhino's damage buff, or Nova's debuff on enemies, Loki's invisibility and disarm, Vauban's CC.  The damage output becomes insignificant once you get to "end game" levels of Survival and defense.

     

    That being said, Nyx's absorb can cause 100,000's of damage, so can Nova's AntiMatter Drop.

    And Insulation is right.  It's quiet at times in chat still, but we're still rather small (under 40 members) and since we're all casual players we're not all on all the time.  But there's a core of us who socialize quite a bit.  It's definitely on the up!

    And by "bought" you mean for platinum? If yes, you made one of the biggest mistake, because you can assemble every weapon and frame in game without spending single plat on it.

     

    it's not one of the "biggest mistakes." Volt is only 75 plat, which isn't bad.  With how he's farmed currently, that's really not that bad of a price (granted, next week he'll be researchable, so then it'll be bad to buy him).  Karak is a bit more expensive, but you're willing to pay to play then plat is easy to come by! 

     

    I don't endorse paying plat for weapons or warframes by any means, but if you have the money to do it, who am I to say 'no'?

    Dont' buy anymore warframes or weapons with Plat!  It's a bit of a waste because they are all obtainable via playing the game!

     

    Rare fusion cores work better, and add more energy to mods when fusing them than common or uncommon cores.  They're rare because they don't drop often! :P

     

    You can only use skills for Volt on Volt.  Antimatter Drop is a mod for Nova (who drops on a later planet, you'll get her in time)

     

    I believe the first planet you'll come across that drops Orokin Cells is Saturn.  You can find that out by holding your mouse over the planets; it'll show what resources drop on it.  Also, when you've selected the planet and you're in the Mission Selection part, it'll say on the left side what resources drop.

     

    The Cronus is better than the Skana.  You'll want to level both of them up to lvl 30 at some point for the Master Rank points (which you'll need for cooler weapons later!)

     

     

     

     

    Welcome to Warframe!!  It's a complex game, and I'm happy you found the forums.  People here are normally pretty good at helping out and giving tips and guides, so always feel comfortable asking!  There's a lot of information that isn't available in the game for new players (the programmers are working on them) so you will probably feel lost at times.

    double the uncommons. double the rares. double the everything

     

    Just double everything!  Double the enemy spawns, double the mission rewards, double the health, double the damage, double the mods, double the stats, double the resources, double the speed, double the fire rates, double the tenno in a mission (8 Vauban's in a mission all spamming 4), double the harvester and stalker spawns, double the size of maps, double the ammo drops, double the noobness, double the the grind, double the EVERYTHING!!!

    @New Frames: Where did Frost, Nyx, Vauban, Nekros, Oberon, Saryn come from? None of those were part of the starting team.

     

    The only frames that are confirmed new (developed recently, not during the time of the Orokin) are Nova, Valkyr and the new one coming next week.

     

    Orokin built the Primes themselves, so Frost must be an original warframe because he has a Prime version.  As stated, Oberon was rediscovered recently, he's a "mythical" frame.

     

    As for the others, DE hasn't/didn't state(d) whether they were recently developed.  Hopefully as the Lore is expanded out more, we'll find out more about where all the frames came from.  Right now, we only know that Excalibur was the first warframe, thanks to his Codex entry.  I'm sure the other frames will be getting their own detailed entries soon®℗©™℠

    But there is already the Jackal and the Hyena, and is being said that they are "caused a lot of trouble on the battlefield" :)

    That's actually a good point!  Where are those things on the battlefield?  They should be in invasions, and the Corpus have had enough time to build more of them by now.
