Haven't really seen enough to be excited.
But I'm feeling pretty positive about. Since parkour 2.0 and the frame reworks I have a lot more faith in DE than I ever used to.
-
The corpus probably based a lot of their stuff on orokin tech, so I'd imagine it might be like 'prime' versions of corpus weapons.
I'd like to see the corrupted have something like that. Crewman with detron prime, gunner with supra prime, bombard with opticor prime etc.
-
It really isn't significantly worse, but the criticism that it's the single most boring, obvious choice they could have made still stands. Same with the vaykor hek, we could have got an upgraded hind, ogris, ignis, but noooo...
And it doesn't help that DE put a lot of work into gussying up the sancti tigris while the boltor and hek have one tiny, almost invisible syndicate glyph.
-
We still don't have an upgraded form for infested or cephalon weapons.
I'd also like to see more mutalist weapons, but they're really more like entirely new things.
-
17.5 hit just as I got Ember P bp, game crashed.
More generally, I'm MR16 and still need Vauban chassis.
-
Making damage scale to enemy level completely defeats the point of having levels. Hopefully update 18 will fix these problems.
-
Hate to be the $&*^ who wanders in just to tell everyone to git gud, but git gud.
Also the guy in that video is worse than Ordis. SHUT UP.

I'd rather see original weapons than more reskins.
SM: Sword and board would be the obvious choice.
AH: Some sort of sword. Maybe that nikana-based/daisho dual swords everyone wants.
CS: Gunblade, or maybe an energy based whip. Something obviously high-tech in any case.
PS: We know we're getting rapiers at some point, and as merchants the Perrin would probably favour a relatively 'civilized' weapon.
RV: Claws and thrown weapons both fold up when not in use, making them good assassin's weapons, so one of them. Otherwise, a scythe, whip or dagger could be sufficiently edgy.
NL: Scythes have an agricultural origin, but are quite menacing, so they'd fit the hippie fascists pretty well.

Malicious raptor.

Toss up between corrupted bombards, seekers and ballistas. Anything that one-shots you from off screen really.
-
I solo'd him with high level but not maxed gear. He's not too bad, but he does tend to one-shot you from time to time. The shockwave when he starts moving is the usual culprit, it's hard to predict since it doesn't always occur. Also the attack mutalists (I think) have a nasty habit of stunlocking you with blast procs.
-
Whenever it comes out they need to drop a serious buff on the Rhino, because you can't be that cool looking and shackled to T1 and T2 as your breaking point.
Need to rework iron skin at least. Can you imagine covering that up in shiny crap?
-
Don't agree with most of this, but bigger enemies would be great. Ogmas and Goxes should be the smallest enemies we fight, I want to rip spaceships apart, dammit!
-
It would be a good spot for the vermilion storm tactical alert.
-
I'd rather see efficiency return to the way it used to work, so with max streamline a 100 power ability would cost 100 / 1.3 = 77 energy. At the moment, hitting the 75% 'efficiency' cap actually makes you 300% more efficient (ie you can use 4x as many abilities for any amount of energy).
To compensate all frames should get passive energy generation like in PvP, giving everyone a source of energy that isn't RNG dependent.
-
If anything I would like sentinel augments to come first. That way carrier wouldn't be used all the time if the augments are good.
Other sentinels need a buff, not a bandaid.

Whips (hilarious with primed reach)
Nukor
Akmagnus
Tysis
Embolist
Torid (everyone says its great but I never see it used)
Prisma gorgon

I've always thought this is the sort of thing stances should be for. Dash attacks or throwing your shield/scythe/whatever should be something that gives you more options when using your melee and expands your playstyle, rather than just being buried in the middle of some overly dramatic combo where they're almost never any practical use.
-
Anyone else want this? After archwing has been improved obviously.
-
Not much to say here. +1, agreed.
-
The gaze might be ok if it has decent range and a proper wide cone, unlike Spectral Scream. It looked like Atlas was in a boxing/guard stance while using it, so maybe he should get auto-parry like Exalted Blade while casting?
Just throwing this out there:
Boulder wall, Katamari augment.
OK, but only if it plays the theme song.
-
Renewal could do with a slight buff. Other than that, Oberon's only weakness is being a well designed and balanced frame in a game full of unrestrained cheesemongers.
-
I'd like it if tornado trapped enemies in the center of the funnel, rather than dragging them all over the ceiling and making them hard to hit.
-
corpus have moas
might as well add perrin too because they got moas
Moas aren't human. NL aren't anti-technology, as long as it isn't corrupting humanity.

Will flameblades get their own weapon at some point?
Can seekers have their damage looked at? At the moment their guns are extremely lethal, but latchers do so little damage that even squishy frames can just ignore them.
With the introduction of passive energy gain in archwing and conclave, is their any chance of this making its way into the base game?
