I've lost 7 so far to bugged out fights. 3 of which were in a row and the first of which was more than 40 minutes long just trying to troubleshoot whether it was me, the bursas or just broken in general.
I am the Warframe Community.

Yea, I ended up losing 3 ciphers as well and with 3 different frames. To hell with grinding those mods.

Pretty straight forward. First fight was done in under 5 minutes (farmed this guy alot last time around, tactics are solid).
Second fight, we'll I'm still here. It's been more than 30 minutes and the razorback is taking no damage. I even started hacking three bursas at a time.
Nothing.

Lmao. Explain to your Grandpa that you are in no way altering the machinery, nor are you allowing anything into your network that is NOT already there. You're merely trying to optimize and organize is to run that data more efficiently.

In computer networking, port forwarding or port mapping is an application of network address translation (NAT) that redirects a communication request from one address and port number combination to another while the packets are traversing a network gateway, such as a router or firewall.
Basically, you're dedicating different avenues for your data to travel through via your router and firewall so they don't get overwhelmed in a Network data traffic jam.

I would play it safe and go ahead and forward those ports for both computers. WF consistently has issues with network stability after infrastructure updates and laptops usually take it the hardest.

Is it a laptop?
Laptops, even when built well, tend to have S#&$ty WiFi/Ethernet cards.
And I'm guessing you've tried forwarding your ports and/or don't have any strict-Nat issues?

Unless the "master clan sections" have something to benefit over the regular dojo for higher ranks. I don't see the point. Seems very elitist. Now the idea of an Alliance dojo is way cool. 2v2 dueling, 2v2 obstacle challenges and maybe social area in there for trading ( we don't allow trade posts in our alliance chat). Seems like a legit idea.

There's a few things that can bug them out. Malecular prime,Bastille, Vortex and disarm to name the usual suspects. In combination with the pathing scripts and escalation of force, ( the point in which the AI begin to engage you and take cover) sometimes they'll just spawn unalerted and hang in one location. This can also happen from rushing to andf from extractor in stealth or too fast for the enemy to track you as well (more common solo). For Now I suggest just try changing yourplaystyle/frame for that mission or maybe just try and pick them up from trading for now. Can't be more than 2p each. I get this isn't a proper fix for the problem but as of now, there is no real fix.

A 10 day turn around on a ticket is NOT uncommon. Just hang in there, you'll get it sorted out.

Neptune is like the third in line for highest lvl enemies and the ideal spot for farming him soooooo... I don't get it.

I'm a fan of progressive achievements with large payloads of Mastery.
E.g 50/100/250/500/750 Headshots in a single misison. Or Cephelon fragments found, Targets synthesized, finishers in a single mission.
A lot of possibilities for continuous mastery gain without relying solely on reinforcements or content recycles.
Rivens kinda killed that though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Resonating Quake is an Warframe Augment Mod for Banshee that increases Sound Quake's damage, range and energy drain for every second it is active.

Gas status was working fine for me yesterday. Can't speak on behalf of Primed regen', been running my Adarza lately. Sounds like you might have been in a party with some vicious lag or latency.
