To clarify..... Do you need to complete ALL 10 levels of normal circuit, AND have completed both other normal nodes to unlock steel path circuit?

Quite confused at what this means, aling with many others it seems as duviri doesn't have nodes (does it?). Also, as many others, steel path circuit is now locked for me.

totally agree with this. i did enough runs to get the mods and a few shards and havent touched it since, especially as the missions do not rotate unless you complete the one before. sneaky sabotage has been my current mission for many weeks now and my desire for more shards (outside of archon hunt) is less than my desire to do that mission again.
