Hijacking dargyns? For a while now. You can find the parked on the ground and jack there or shoot out the pilot and take the dargyn once it falls.
Now next thing you will do on the plains is try using Loki's Switch teleport on a flying dargyn.

As a matter of fact, if you post "Where Ivara" in region chat chatbot gives answer on where to look for her parts, inclduing level ranges for specific ones.

That's not always the case.
Some pigments are guaranteed drops, others drop only some time. It varies from pigment to pigment.
The actual spawn rates for enemies are not affected.

I'm enjoying it. Haven't explored the world that much, but the new mechanics make a difference. Such as optional conditions to tasks, and tasks themselves seem more creative. The ability to get new tasks without getting back to Foruna etc.The new enemies feel new, unlike Tusks who are just a palette swap.
Fluff-wise it's also more compelling. Fortuna has more character and flavour - if Cetus may feel like a place to hang out for some moments and then leave, in Fortuna you actually want to stay longer. And, you actually want to help these people.
Not all flawas have been adressed, but so far it really is "Plains but better".
